New Delhi, 09 April (NNS): The processing of milk powder reported to be high in the plants, despite this, both the export and upcountry demand seems high, due to this reason, the prices of premium quality milk powder remained stable at Rs 295/308 per kg. The inferior quality stock of maltodextrin and whey powder also quoting at Rs 200/300. It is expected that the consumption of liquid milkmaid increase because of the wedding season during the next month. Now, the temperature showed downfall, but there is no logic of downfall in the prices on seeing the consumption during the kharif season. Presently, there will be no wedding for one month in North India amid kharmas.

दूध पाउडर-10 की चाल संभव

नई दिल्ली, 9 अप्रैल (एनएनएस) प्लांटों में दूध पाउडर की प्रोसेसिंग बढ़ने के बावजूद निर्यात व चालानी मांग निकलने से प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के 295/308 रुपए प्रति किलो पर ठहर गये हैं। नीचे वाले माल्टोडेक्सट्रीन एवं वेपाउडर वाले माल 200/220 रुपए तक बोले गए। अगले सप्ताह शादियों के चलते लिक्विड दूध की खपत और बढ़ जाएगी। अभी मौसम ठंडा है लेकिन आगे गर्मी के सीजन में खपत को देखते हुए मंदे का लॉजिक दिखाई नहीं दे रहा है। फिलहाल खरमास के चलते उत्तर भारत में शादियां एक माह के लिए बंद चल रही हैं।

Desi ghee: increment in the demand of butter and fats

New Delhi, 09 April (NNS): The production of both butter and desi ghee reported to be high in the plants of North India. On the other hand, it’s prices have been ruling at the higher level in the international markets after the ceasefire, due to this, the demand has been started increasing from the companies, due to which, the premium quality desi ghee held stable at Rs 9200/9450 per tin, whereas, the same stock also declined by Rs 50 per tin. On the other hand, the adulterated stock has been selling out rapidly at the sluggish rates. To prevent adulteration in this, testing through gas chromatology is necessary instead of RM testing, due to this, adulteration may decrease. In this situation, the sale of best quality desi ghee showed uptrend and the plants are running constantly, due to this reason, the market will likely to remain strong for some days. Prices of liquid milk have been ruling at Rs 53/55 per litre during the previous days, due to which, the procurement of liquid milk showed up Trend. Now, the temperature seems weak, but the buying of liquid milk may increase due to the increment in the temperature.

देसी घी-बटर एवं फैट्ïट की मांग बढ़ी

नई दिल्ली, 9 अप्रैल (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत के प्लांटों में मक्खन व देशी घी का उत्पादन अपेक्षाकृत अधिक हो रहा है, उधर सीजन फायर के बाद अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजारों में बटर के ऊंचे भाव होने से फिर से कंपनियों से मांग निकलने लगी है, जिसके चलते प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के देशी घी 9200/9450 रुपए प्रति टीन पर तेजी लिए टिके हुए हैं, जबकि बाजार में वही माल 50 रुपए नीचे बिक रहे हैं। दूसरी ओर मिलावटी देसी धड़ल्ले से सस्ते बिक रहे हैं, इसमें मिलावट को रोकने के लिए आर एम टेस्टिंग की बजाय गैस क्रोमेटोलॉजी (जीसी) की टेस्टिंग जरूरी है, इसी से मिलावट रुकेगी। जिस कारण बढ़िया देसी घी की बिक्री बढ़ गई है तथा प्लांट प्रेशर से चल रहे हैं। इस वजह से अभी कुछ दिन भाव यहां मजबूती लिए टिका रहेगा। पिछले दिनों लिक्विड के भाव 53/55 रुपए प्रति लीटर हैं, जिससे लिक्विड दूध की खरीद बढ़ गई है। अभी मौसम का तापमान कम है, लेकिन आगे चलकर गरमी से लिक्विड दूध की खरीद में प्रतिस्पर्धा बढ़ेगी।
