New Delhi, 25 May (NNS): The temperature seems high in the North India during the review week, due to this reason, the availability of liquid reported to be weak, due to this, the production of milk powder also showed downfall. On the other hand, the consumption of liquid milk has increased by 5/6 percent has been started increasing during the review week, due to this reason, its market has remained closed at Rs 315/328 per kg. The market showed strong trend due to the lack of stock to the federation along with higher prices of milk powder. The prices of milk powder also gained by Rs 15/20 per kg.

दूध पाउडर-खपत में इजाफा हुआ

नई दिल्ली, 25 मई (एनएनएस) गत सप्ताह उत्तर भारत में मौसम का तापमान काफी गर्म रहा, जिससे लिक्विड दूध की उपलब्धि में भारी कमी हो जाने से दूध पाउडर का उत्पादन घट गया। दूसरी ओर उक्त अवधि के अंतराल 5-6 प्रतिशत दूध पाउडर की खपत लिक्विड दूध बनाने में बढ़ गया। इस वजह से इसके भाव 315/328 रुपए प्रति किलो के बीच तेजी लिए बंद हुए। साउथ का दूध पाउडर महंगा होने के साथ-साथ फेडरेशन के पास माल नहीं होने से अकड़ बरकरार रही है। आगे भी दूध पाउडर में 15-20 रुपए प्रति किलो की तेजी लग रही है।

Desi ghee: shortage of production

There is already a shortage of desi ghee in the plants, due to this reason, its market has remained close with the uptrend of Rs 9600/9750 per quintal. Notably, the plants are exporting the stored butter stock constantly because it is being traded at $5575 per tonne as its prices have been ruling at the higher level in the international markets. In these circumstances, the prices of desi ghee may gain by Rs 150/200 per tin soon.

देसी घी- उत्पादन में भारी कमी

नई दिल्ली, 25 मई (एनएनएस) गत सप्ताह देशी घी के प्लांट काफी बंद हो गए, जिससे बटर का भी उत्पादन कम हो गया। देसी घी पहले से ही शॉर्टेज में है, इस वजह से इसके भाव 9600/9750 रुपए प्रति टीन पर तेजी लिए बंद हुए। गौरतलब है कि प्लांटों के पास जो बटर स्टॉक में पड़ा है, उसका निर्यात तेजी से हो रहा है, क्योंकि अंतर्राष्ट्रीय बाजारों में बटर के ऊंचे भाव होने से 5575 डॉलर प्रति टन तक व्यापार सुना जा रहा है, इन परिस्थितियों में देसी घी में अभी 150/200 रुपए प्रति टीन की शीघ्र और तेजी लग रही है।
