New Delhi, 29 September (NNS): The upcountry demand of milk powder reported to be weak in the weekend because the confectioners have already stored 60 percent of the sweets, whereas, the availability of liquid milk is almost one crore litre. On the other hand, today, the demand of milk powder seems feeble from the exporters of the plants of Maharashtra and the cooperatives of Tamil Nadu. On the other hand, the companies have increased the prices by Rs 5 per kg during the previous days, but now, the prices declined in the same ratio. Now, the premium quality milk powder also ruling at Rs 310/320 per kg and the prices improved by Rs 10 per kg in the first week of October. The dry fruits manufacturers have already been fulfilled the consumption of diwali and dry fruits. The supply of liquid milk showed uptrend in the plants, due to this, the supply of milk powder may increase every day.

दूध पाउडर- कंपनियों ने 5 रुपए घटाएं

नई दिल्ली, 29 सितम्बर (एनएनएस) दूध पाउडर की चालानी मांग गत सप्ताह के अंत में कुछ कमजोर रही, क्योंकि हलवाइयों द्वारा दिवाली के लिए मिठाई बनाकर 60 प्रतिशत रख लिया गया है, दूसरी ओर लिक्विड दूध की उपलब्धि एक करोड़ लीटर हो गई है। उधर महाराष्ट्र के प्लांट से एवं तमिलनाडु कोऑपरेटिव से निर्यातकों की दूध पाउडर में मांग आज काफी कमजोर रही, इसे देखकर कंपनियों ने जो पिछले दिनों 5 रुपए प्रति किलो बढ़ाए थे, उसको वापस ले लिया। अब प्रीमियम क्वालिटी का दूध पाउडर 310/320 रुपए प्रति किलो रह गया तथा अक्टूबर के प्रथम पखवाड़े में 10 रुपए प्रति किलो और घट सकता है। दशहरा दिवाली की खपत के लिए मिठाई तथा मावा निर्माताओं की पूर्ति हो गयी है। प्लांटों में लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति बढ़ गई लगी है जिसके चलते दिन प्रतिदिन दूध पाउडर की आपूर्ति बढ़ेगी है।

Desi ghee: will be the shortage of the stock

New Delhi, 29 September (NNS): There is a shortage of desi ghee in all the plants because butter prcies have been ruling at the higher level in the whole season. Here, there will be the shortage of stock till 15^th October due to the higher consumption of Navratri, Dusshera, Diwali and Chatt pooja. Although, the adulterated stock of desi ghee  has been facing problems in the selling of best quality desi ghee, but there is a lack of 80/82 percent fats butter stock in all the companies and the plants will likely to run after a month. The companies which are doing regular production, they are producing less amount of stock but it does not able to fulfil the demand, due to this reason, the prices of premium quality desi ghee also ruling at Rs 9400/9600 per quintal.  The companies are trading at the higher level and the adulterated stock also ruling at Rs 7200/7800 per quintal.

देसी घी-अभी माल की शॉर्टेज रहेगी

नई दिल्ली, 29 सितम्बर (एनएनएस) अभी देसी घी का स्टाक प्लांटों में काफी कम है, क्योंकि पूरा सीजन ही बटर के भाव ऊंचे रहे हैं। इधर नवरात्रि दशहरा दिवाली एवं छठ पूजा की खपत से शॉर्टेज दोनों 15 अक्टूबर तक रहेगी। यद्यपि मिलावटी घी, बढ़िया देसी घी को बिकने में परेशानी कर रहे हैं, लेकिन किसी भी कंपनी में 80-82 फैट्स का बटर स्टॉक में नहीं है तथा प्लांट प्रेशर से चलने में कम से कम एक महीने का समय लगेगा। कुछ कंपनियां रेगुलर में जो उत्पादन करती हैं, उनमें कुछ माल बन रहा है, लेकिन उससे पूर्ति नहीं हो रही है। यही कारण है कि बाजार में 9400/9600 रुपए से कम देसी घी प्रीमियम क्वालिटी का नहीं मिल रहा है। कंपनियां बढ़े भाव पर ही व्यापार कर रही है, मिलावटी माल 7200/7800 रुपए के बीच बिक रहे हैं।
