New Delhi, 24 August (NNS): During the review week, the supply of liquid milk showed downfall due to the moisture and the consumption of skimmed milk powder reported to be high, due to this, the companies are trading at the previous rates. The companies have quoted up the prices of milk powder to Rs 315/328 per kg. Now, both the local and upcountry demand of milk powder have been ruling at the higher level as comparatively, due to this, the production cost seems high, due to this, the market remained stable at the same level. On the other hand, the exporters are purchasing the cow milk powder of South India at the current rates. Notably, the milk powder of Southern parts of the country have been ruling at the higher level. There, the delivery of the previous deals seems constant and now, its consumption will likely to remain high in August. The exporters are also taking enquiries from the companies, due to this, the market will likely to remain high from here. The export of milk powder gets affected in the international markets amid war between Iran and Israel, but there, the prices showed uptrend, due to this, the loading of the Maharashtra’s stock showed improved trend, in these circumstances, the prices of milk powder may gain by Rs 10 per kg.,

दूध पाउडर-निर्यात में चौतरफा सुधार

नई दिल्ली, 24 अगस्त (एनएनएस) गत सप्ताह उमस से लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति घटने एवं स्कीम्ड मिल्क पाउडर की खपत बढ़ने से कंपनियां अभी पुराने भाव में व्यापार कर रही थी। कंपनियों द्वारा दूध पाउडर  315/328 रुपए प्रति किलो पर बोला जा रहा हैं। इस समय लोकल एवं चालानी मांग में अपेक्षाकृत अधिक है, इसलिए उत्पादन लागत महंगा होने से बाजार पूर्ववत ऊंचे भाव पर टिके हुए है। उधर निर्यातक दक्षिण भारत के काऊ मिल्क पाउडर वर्तमान भाव में खरीद कर रहे हैं। गौरतलब है कि इस बार दक्षिण भारत के दूध पाउडर महंगे चल रहे हैं, वहां पहले के सौदों की डिलीवरी चल रही है तथा अब अगस्त में खपत अधिक रहने वाली है, अभी कंपनियों से निर्यातक भी पूछपरख करने लगे हैं, इसलिए यहां से और तेजी लग रही है। अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजारों में ईरान इजरायल जंग से निर्यात प्रभावित रहा है, लेकिन वहां भाव बढ़ जाने से महाराष्ट्र के माल की लोडिंग सुधर गई हैं, इन परिस्थितियों में दूध पाउडर के भाव 10 रुबढ़ सकते हैं।

Desi ghee: all-round shortage of fats

New Delhi, 24 August (NNS): During the review week, the companies of desi ghee were selling the stock of desi ghee at an under rate of Rs 9450/9650 per tin as compared to the companies, whereas, the companies are quoting up the prices to Rs 9550/9750 per tin and the stockists are not trading at the current level. Now, the stock of liquid milk slipped by 70 percent, due to this, its prices may gain in August after some days. Here, the demand of adulterated stock reported to be high in the consuming industry and they are selling the stock of any brand.

देसी घी-फैट की चौतरफा कमी

नई दिल्ली, 24 अगस्त (एनएनएस) गत सप्ताह देसी घी के भाव कंपनियों की अपेक्षा अंडर रेट में यहां 9450/9650 रु प्रति टीन पर बाजार में बिक रहे थे, जबकि कंपनियां 9550/9750 रु तक ऊपर में बोल रही है, इन भावों में स्टॉकिस्ट नहीं आ रहे हैं। हालांकि अब लिक्विड दूध 70 प्रतिशत घट गया है, इसलिए कुछ दिन बाद अगस्त में यहां से तेज रहेगा। इधर मिलावटी करने वाले पूरी तरह खपत वाले उद्योगों में छा गए हैं, किसी भी ब्रांड को बनाकर बेच दे रहे हैं।
