The demand seems constant from the domestic and the pharmacy industries along with the shortage of stock in the markets, the prices of fenugreek will likely to remains strong in the near future. Recently, it’s prices went up by Rs 200 per quintal. Here, the prices of average quality stock also selling at Rs 7600/7700 per quintal. The arrivals of fenugreek reported to be sluggish from the producing States, due to this reason, the traders are expecting the profit in the near future. The arrivals of the new crop seem weak in the famous producing states like Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh. On seeing the current circumstances, the trade of fenugreek will likely to be profitable in the near future.

मेथीदाना : वर्तमान में लाभदायक रहेगा

नई दिल्ली, 17 जुलाई (एनएनएस) मेथीदाना का स्टॉक कम होने के बावजूद ग्राहकी का सन्नाटा बना हुआ है। घरेलू और फार्मेसी उद्योग की ओर से निकल रही निरंतर मांग और मंडियों में कम स्टॉक के चलते आने वाले दिनों में मेथीदाना के बाजार में मजबूत की संभावना दिखाई दे रही है। हाल ही में इसमें 200 रुपए की तेजी आई थी, यहां पर एवरेज क्वालिटी के भाव 7600/7700 रुपए प्रति क्विंटल बिक रहे है। उत्पादक राज्यों से आवक कमजोर होने के कारण कारोबारी भविष्य में अच्छे मुनाफे की उम्मीद कर रहे हैं। राजस्थान और मध्य प्रदेश जैसे प्रमुख मेथीदाना उत्पादक राज्यों की मंडियों में नई फसल की आवक कम बताई जा रही है। वर्तमान परिस्थितियों को देखते हुए इस स्तर पर मेथीदाना का व्यापार लाभदायक साबित हो सकता है।

Nutmeg: not likely to increase

New Delhi, 17 July (NNS): after the increment in the prices of nutmeg, now, the prices showed downfall. The new crop of network has been started arriving in the markets and Steve competition from the international markets, due to this reason, there is no possibility of long increment in the prices. Presently, the prices of nutmeg remained stable at the previous level of Rs 735/745 per kg in the markets of Delhi. Both the importance and the big traders have stored the stock at the higher prices but now they are selling their old stock in the markets to gain the profit. The stock of new nutmeg crop has increased which leads the increment in supply, due to this, the prices of spot nutmeg will remain soft during the coming days.

जायफल : बढ़ने की उम्मीद नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 17 जुलाई (एनएनएस) हाल के दिनों में जायफल की कीमतों में आई तेजी के बाद अब बाजार के तेवर ढीले पड़ते नजर आ रहे हैं। मंडियों में नई फसल की आवक शुरू होने और अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजार से मिल रही कड़ी टक्कर के कारण जायफल में अब लंबी तेजी की संभावना नहीं दिख रही है। दिल्ली के बाजार में जायफल के भाव फिलहाल 735/745 रुपये प्रति किलो के पुराने स्तर पर ही टिके हुए हैं। आयातकों और बड़े व्यापारियों ने पहले ऊंचे भावों पर स्टॉक जमा किया था, वे अब भारी मुनाफा कमाने के चक्कर में लगातार अपना पुराना माल बाजार में निकाल रहे हैं। जायफल की नई फसल का स्टॉक ज्यादा हो गया है, जिसके मंडियो में सप्लाई बढ़ने से हाजिर कीमतों में नरमी का रुख बन गया है।

Turmeric: profitable after sometime

They are in the fear that the shortage of the stock may version in the coming months which will leads to increase the prices. The remaining stock of previous year has already been sold out in the markets. The prices of turmeric Erode gatha asitis jumped by Rs 500 to Rs 18900/19000 per quintal. The main season of new turmeric arrivals has now passed, due to this reason, the arrivals of turmeric reported to be limited in the famous agricultural markets of the country. हल्दी : ठहरकर और मुनाफा देगी

नई दिल्ली, 17 जुलाई (एनएनएस) कम उत्पादन के अनुमान और सीमित स्टॉक को भांपते हुए बड़े व्यापारियों और स्टॉकिस्टों ने बाजार से आक्रामक तरीके से हल्दी की लिवाली शुरू कर दी है। उन्हें डर है कि आने वाले महीनों में स्टॉक की किल्लत और बढ़ सकती है। जिससे कीमतें और अधिक बढ़ेंगी। पिछले साल का बचा हुआ पुराना स्टॉक अब लगभग खत्म होने के कगार पर है। इरोड गट्टा के 500 उछलकर 18900/19000 रुपए प्रति क्विंटल के उच्च स्तर पर जा पहुंचे। हल्दी के नए माल की आवक का मुख्य सीजन अब बीत चुका है। इस वजह से देश की प्रमुख कृषि मंडियों में हल्दी की आवक बेहद सीमित रह गई है। घरेलू स्तर पर आगामी त्योहारी सीजन की मांग और वैश्विक बाजार से आ रहे मजबूत निर्यात के ऑर्डर्स ने कीमतों में ‘आग में घी का काम किया है।

Poppy seeds: will remain sluggish

New Delhi, 17 July (NNS): the prices of poppy seeds have been ruling at the lower level in the markets during the last some days. Recently, it’s prices slipped by Rs 50 per kg and here, the prices of poppy seeds Turkey remained stable at Rs 1300/1400 per kg. The new crop of poppy seeds which began in March and April, now fully arriving in the markets. The availability of imported stock reported to be high in the markets along with the domestic arrivals. Despite the appropriate amount of stock in the markets, wholesale purchasers, traders and stockists are not trading currently. Unless significant domestic and passive demand emergence in the coming days, till then, the prices of poppy seeds will likely to remain sluggish during the near future.

पोस्तदाना : सुस्त बना रहेगा

नई दिल्ली, 17 जुलाई (एनएनएस) मंडियो में इन दिनों पोस्तदाना की कीमतों में लगातार सुस्ती का माहौल बना हुआ है। हाल ही में इसकी कीमतों में 50 रुपए की मंदी आई थी, यहां पर तुर्की का पोस्तदाना 1300/1400 प्रति किलो के पूर्वस्तर पर ही टिके हुए हैं। मार्च और अप्रैल के मध्य से शुरू हुई पोस्तदाना की नई फसल अब पूरी तरह से मंडियों में पहुंच रही है। घरेलू आवक के साथ-साथ आयातित माल की भी भारी उपलब्धता बाजार में बनी हुई है। मंडियों में पर्याप्त स्टॉक होने के बावजूद थोक खरीदार, व्यापारी और स्टॉकिस्ट फिलहाल बाजार से दूरी बनाए हुए हैं। जब तक आने वाले दिनों में कोई बड़ी घरेलू या त्योहारी मांग नहीं निकलती, तब तक हाजिर बाजार में पोस्तदाना की चाल सुस्त ही बनी रहने की संभावना है।

Coriander: possibility of profit

New Delhi, 17 July (NNS): the prices of coriander showed constant because of the sluggish arrivals in the markets and all round demand of coriander in the international markets along with the spice market. There is a heavy shortage of superior quality coriander in the markets because the government has stored huge amount of stock and limited supply from the producing areas. In the spot markets of Delhi, the stock of coriander Badami is being traded at Rs 16000/16300 per quintal. During the current season 2026, the production of coriander showed significant down fall. According to the sources, total stock of coriander are expected to decline to only 90 /95 black bags this year, due to this reason, the arrival pressure of the new stock reported to be sluggish. On seeing the upcoming season, the enquiry of coriander showed up trend in the markets, due to this, both the domestic manufacturers of spices and big traders are constantly purchasing the stock at the current prices.

धनिया : आगे और मुनाफे के आसार

नई दिल्ली, 17 जुलाई (एनएनएस) किराना और अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजारों में धनिए की चौतरफा मांग और मंडियों में कमजोर आवक के कारण धनिया के दामों में लगातार मजबूती का रुख बना हुआ है। उत्पादक क्षेत्रों से सीमित आपूर्ति और स्टॉकिस्टों द्वारा माल दबाकर रखने से बाजार में अच्छी गुणवत्ता वाले धनिए की भारी किल्लत देखी जा रही है। दिल्ली के हाजिर बाजार में इस समय बादामी धनिया के भाव 16000/16300 रुपए प्रति क्विंटल बिक रहे है। चालू सीजन 2026 में धनिया के उत्पादन में उल्लेखनीय कमी दर्ज की गई है। जानकारों के मुताबिक, इस साल कुल स्टॉक घटकर महज 90/95 लाख बोरी के आसपास रहने का अनुमान है। यही वजह है कि मंडियों में नए माल की आवक बेहद कमजोर है।सामने आ रहे त्योहारी सीजन को देखते हुए हाजिर बाजारों में धनिए की पूछपरख काफी बढ़ गई है, जिससे घरेलू मसालों के निर्माता और बड़े व्यापारी लगातार खरीदारी कर रहे हैं।

Big cardamom: no more uptrend

New Delhi, 17 July (NNS): the prices of big cardamom showed soft trend because of the profit taking selling and sluggish demand in the local wholesale markets. Here, the prices of big cardamom kainchicut remained stable at Rs 1630/1640 per kg. On seeing the current higher prices, the wholesale purchasers are not selling out their stock at the current level. On the other hand, the pressure of the stock has been increasing constantly to the wholesale retailers and traders due to the sluggish selling. Both the producers and the stockists are continuously of loading their stock to the market to take the advantage of the recent increment in the prices. The prices of big cardamom showed all-round pressure due to the increased supply in the markets. Until wholesale demand improves and stockist reduces their selling, till then, there is no possibility of increment in the prices.

बड़ी इलायची : फिलहाल तेजी नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 17 जुलाई (एनएनएस) स्थानीय थोक किराना बाजार में ग्राहकी कमजोर और मुनाफावसूली के चलते बड़ी इलायची की कीमतों में नरमी का रुख देखा जा रहा है। यहां पर कैंचीकट के भाव 1630/1640 रुपए प्रति किलो के पूर्वस्तर पर स्थिर बने हुए है। वर्तमान में ऊंचे भावों को देखते हुए थोक खरीदार बड़ी मात्रा में स्टॉक जमा करने से बच रहे हैं। उधर बिक्री न होने से व्यापारियों और थोक विक्रेताओं के पास स्टॉक का दबाव बढ़ता जा रहा है। पिछले दिनों कीमतों में आई तेजी का फायदा उठाने के लिए उत्पादक और स्टॉकिस्ट बाजार में अपना माल लगातार उतार रहे हैं। बाजार में आपूर्ति बढ़ने से कीमतों पर चौतरफा दबाव बना हुआ है। जब तक थोक स्तर पर ग्राहकी में सुधार नहीं होता और स्टॉकिस्टों की बिकवाली कम नहीं होती, तब तक बड़ी इलायची के दामों में तेजी की उम्मीद बेहद कम है।

Cumin: depends on the export demand

New Delhi, 17 July (NNS): the prices of average quality cumin went up by Rs 200 to Rs 22400/22600 per quintal because of the strong trend in the contract market. According to the traders, this increment in the prices is temporary and lack of demand, due to this reason, there is no possibility of long increment in the prices of cumin. China has dealt the biggest blow to the Indian cumin export market. Once the China was the biggest purchaser of Indian cumin, but now, it is now moving towards self dependency. Along with the new crop in the markets, both the traders and the stockist have huge amount of old stock, due to this, the supply showed increment as compared to the demand. There is no possibility of long up trend in the prices during the near future.

जीरा : निर्यात मांग पर निर्भर रहेगा

नई दिल्ली, 17 जुलाई (एनएनएस) वायदा बाजार में मजबूती आने से एवरेज क्वालिटी के भाव  200 रुपए बढ़कर 22400/22600 रुपए प्रति क्विंटल बोले गए। व्यापारियों का मानना है कि यह तेजी महज तात्कालिक है और बुनियादी मांग का समर्थन न मिलने के कारण फिलहाल जीरे में किसी लंबी तेजी के आसार नहीं दिखाई दे रहे हैं। भारतीय जीरे के निर्यात बाजार को सबसे बड़ा झटका चीन से लगा है। कभी भारतीय जीरे का सबसे बड़ा खरीदार रहा चीन अब इस मामले में आत्मनिर्भरता की ओर बढ़ रहा है। मंडियो में नई फसल के साथ-साथ व्यापारियों और स्टॉकिस्टों के पास पुराना स्टॉक भी भारी मात्रा में मौजूद है, जिससे बाजार में मांग की तुलना में आपूर्ति काफी अधिक हो गई है। आगामी दिनों में लंबी तेजी के आसार नहीं दिखाई दे रहे है।
