New Delhi, 05 February (NNS): The supply of liquid milk reported to be around 2.40 crore litres in the plants of UP, Haryana, Punjab and Rajasthan, on seeing this, both the small and the big companies are regularly increasing the prices. Today, the companies are facing problems in the procurement of liquid milk, due to this, they are purchasing the stock at Rs 60 per kg. The incentives also have to be increase in some areas, due to this reason, the companies are not selling the further deals on seeing the higher production cost. Here, the premium quality desi ghee also ruling between Rs 9200/9525 per tin, whereas, the inferior quality stock also quoting at Rs 8000/8200 per quintal and it is profitable to trade at the current level, even if the prices showed uptrend.

देसी घी-तेजी कायम रहेगी

नई दिल्ली, 5फरवरी (एनएनएस) यूपी हरियाणा पंजाब राजस्थान के प्लांटों में 2.40 करोड़ लीटर आज लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति हुई है, इसे देखकर छोटी बड़ी कंपनियां लगातार भाव बढ़ा रही हैं। लिक्विड दूध की खरीद में आज कंपनियों को थोड़ी मशक्कत करनी पड़ी है, जिस कारण 60 रुपए तक खरीद करना पड़ा है, इंसेंटिव भी कुछ क्षेत्रों में बढ़ाना पड़ा है, जिस कारण उत्पादन लागत को देखकर कंपनियां आगे के सौदे नहीं बेच रही है। यहां प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के देसी घी के भाव 9200/9525 रुपए प्रति टीन हो गए हैं, जबकि हल्के माल कंपनियां 8000/8200 रुपए बोल रही है तथा इन भावों में अभी भी व्यापार करना चाहिए, भले ही भाव बढ़ गए हैं।

Milk powder: possibility to increase

New Delhi, 05 February (NNS): Today, the supply of liquid milk reduced from 10 lakh litres to 12.40 crore litres due to the higher consumption from the consumers in North India, due to this reason, the companies are quoting the prices of milk powder at the higher level. Yesterday, the companies have gained the prices by Rs 10 per kg. The reality is that the consumption of milk powder showed uptrend in the weddings after Vasant Panchmi. The milk powder of South India has not been available at the lower level, in these circumstances, the prices of milk powder may increase in the near future. The premium quality milk powder also selling at Rs 320/328 per kg and it is profitable to trade at the current level during the coming days.

दूध पाउडर-और बढ़ने की संभावना

नई दिल्ली, 5फरवरी (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में उपभोक्ताओं की खपत बढ़ने से आज लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति 10 लाख लीटर घटकर 2.40 करोड़ लीटर  रह गई, जिस कारण कंपनियां दूध पाउडर के भाव आज भी पूर्व स्तर पर तेज बोल रही है। कंपनियों द्वारा कल 10 रुपए प्रति किलो बढ़ा दिया गया था। वास्तविकता यह है कि वसंत पंचमी के बाद से दूध पाउडर की खपत शादियों में बढ़ गई है। दक्षिण भारत का दूध पाउडर सस्ता मिल नहीं रहा है, इन परिस्थितियों में वर्तमान भाव के दूध पाउडर में अब और बढ़ने की संभावना बन गई है। जो प्रीमियम क्वालिटी का दूध पाउडर 320/328 रुपए प्रति किलो के बीच बिक रहा है, इन भावों में भी व्यापार करना चाहिए।
