New Delhi, 16 January (NNS): The supply of liquid milk reported to be around 2.40 crore litres in the plants of UP, Haryana, Punjab and Rajasthan, on seeing this, some big companies are selling the stock at the lower level. Today, the companies are facing some difficulties at the current level and the incentives also had to be increase in some sectors, due to this reason, the production cost reported to be at the higher level, on seeing this, the companies are selling the stock on seeing the further deals. Here, the premium quality desi ghee also selling at Rs 8700/8800 per quintal, whereas, the companies are quoting the prices at Rs 8800/8925 per quintal and the trade should be done at the current level and it is expected that the prices may not show long uptrend during the near future.

देसी घी-तेजी कायम रहना संभव

नई दिल्ली, 16 जनवरी (एनएनएस) यूपी हरियाणा पंजाब राजस्थान के प्लांटों में 2.40 करोड़ लीटर आज लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति हुई है, इसे देखकर कुछ बड़ी कंपनियां घटाकर बिकवाल नहीं है। लिक्विड दूध की खरीद में आज कंपनियों को थोड़ी मशक्कत करनी पड़ी है, इंसेंटिव भी कुछ क्षेत्रों में बढ़ाना पड़ा है, जिस कारण उत्पादन लागत को देखकर कंपनियां आगे के सौदे नहीं बेच रही है। यहां प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के देसी घी के भाव 8700/8800 रुपए प्रति टीन हो गए हैं, जबकि कंपनियां 8800/8925 रुपए बोल रही है तथा इन भावों में एक बार व्यापार करना चाहिए, भले ही लंबी तेजी नहीं आए।

Milk powder: possibility to increase

New Delhi, 16 January (NNS): Today, the supply of liquid milk reduced by 10 lakh litres to 2.40 lakh litres due to the severe winters in North India, due to this reason, the companies are quoting the prices at the strong level. The reality is that the consumption of milk powder will remain stable after Makar sankranti. The milk powder of South India has not been available at the sluggish rates, in these circumstances; the prices of milk powder may not show more downfall at the current level. The premium quality milk powder which was ruling at Rs 290/305 per kg, now, it is profitable to trade at the current level during the near future.

दूध पाउडर-और बढ़ने की संभावना

नई दिल्ली, 16 जनवरी (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में कड़ाके की सर्दी पड़ने से आज लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति 10 लाख लीटर घटकर 2.40 करोड़ लीटर  रह गई, जिस कारण कंपनियां दूध पाउडर के भाव आज भी पूर्व स्तर पर मजबूत बोल रही है। वास्तविकता यह है कि मकर संक्रांति के बाद भी दूध पाउडर की खपत रहेगी। दक्षिण भारत का दूध पाउडर सस्ता मिल नहीं रहा है, इन परिस्थितियों में वर्तमान भाव के दूध पाउडर में अब घटने की गुंजाइश नहीं है। जो प्रीमियम क्वालिटी का दूध पाउडर 290/305 रुपए प्रति किलो के बीच बिक रहा है, इन भावों में व्यापार करना चाहिए।
