New Delhi, 26 September (NNS): The premium quality desi ghee gained by Rs 150 to Rs 9400/9700 per quintal due to the shortage of fats in the current week from the big companies of North India. Here, most of the plants are closed. Now, the consumption of ashwin festivals seems constant, due to this reason, the prices may not show downfall, but the adulterated stock has been selling out constantly in thikana reach, despite this, the prices will remain high till diwali. The demand of desi ghee has been started increasing in all the markets including Khari Bauli, Karol Bagh, Rohini and Jamuna paar. The plants will likely to run after diwali. Therefore, the prices may improve by Rs 10/15 per kg.

देसी घी-अभी तेजी बरकरार

नई दिल्ली, 26 सितम्बर (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत की बड़ी कंपनियों द्वारा चालू सप्ताह में फैट की कमी से देसी घी के भाव 150 रुपए प्रति टीन और बढ़ा दिए यहां प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के देसी घी 9400/9700 रुपए प्रति टीन हो गए हैं। इधर अधिकतर प्लांट बंद चल रहे हैं। अभी अश्विन मास के त्यौहारों की खपत जोरों पर चल रही है, जिस कारण मंदा तो बिल्कुल नहीं है, लेकिन ठिकाना पहुंच में मिलावटी माल धड़ल्ले से पहुंच में बिक रहे हैं। इसके बावजूद तेजी अभी दिवाली तक रहेगी। खारी बावली करोल बाग रोहिणी जमुना पार की मंडियों में ग्राहकी की निकलने लगी है। प्लांट दिवाली के बाद ही प्रेशर में चलेंगे, अत: माल की कमी से 10/15 रुपए प्रति किलो की तेजी आ सकती है।

Here, the competitive buying of milk seems high from the companies because here, the milk powder of South India also selling out at the higher level, due to this, the companies of South India are selling the stock at the higher level from the companies of North India, due to this reason, the market remained stable at the same level due to the higher festival consumption from the last some days. The consumption of milk powder seems constant for Diwali, Dusshera, Navratri, Durga Pooja in all the areas including Bihar, Jharkhand, UP, Haryana and Punjab, due to this reason, the prices may not show downfall, due to this, the stock should not be sell in the panic situation.

दूध पाउडर-अभी मंदा नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 26 सितम्बर (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में प्लांट फुल फ्लैश चलने में अभी एक महीने का समय बाकी है, इधर कुछ कंपनियां बढ़े भाव में भी दूध प्रतिस्पर्धात्मक ले रही हैं, क्योंकि दक्षिण भारत के दूध पाउडर यहां आकर काफी महंगे बिकने से उत्तर भारत की कंपनियों का भी माल बढ़िया बिक रहा है। यही कारण है कि पिछले दिनों के बढ़े भाव पर त्योहारी खपत से बाजार तेजी लिए टिके हुए हैं। दूध पाउडर की खपत मांग बिहार झारखंड यूपी हरियाणा पंजाब सहित समस्त समस्त राज्यों की नवरात्रि दुर्गा पूजा दशहरा एवं दिवाली की चल रही है, जिस कारण अभी कुछ दिन मंदा नहीं है,इसलिए स्टाक के माल जल्दी बाजी में नहीं बेचना चाहिए।
