New Delhi, 24 June (NNS): The adulterated stock of desi ghee has been selling out constantly in the markets, due to this reason, the market remained stable at the same level after the uptrend in the prices by Rs 150 per tin, but liquid milk process also ruling at Rs 55/57 per litre, due to this reason, the production cost of desi ghee also being traded at the higher level, due to this, most of the plants have already been closed, due to which, the prices may show more uptrend in the prices even the prices remained stable at the same level. Here, premium quality desi ghee held stable at Rs 7800/8250 per quintal. Butter prices is being quoted at Rs 390/400 per kg. Therefore, the market will likely to remain high during the near future.

देसी घी-तेजी लिए ठहराव रहेगा

नई दिल्ली, 24 जून (एनएनएस) यद्यपि मिलावटी देसी घी धड़ल्ले से बिक रहा है, जिस कारण चालू माह में बाजार 150 रुपए प्रति टीन बढ़ने के बाद ठहरा हुआ है, लेकिन लिक्विड दूध के भाव 55/57 रुपए प्रति लीटर हो जाने के कारण देसी घी की लागत महंगी हो जाने अधिकतर प्लांट बंद हो गए हैं, जिससे अभी और तेजी की संभावना है, भले ही कुछ दिन यहां बाजार टिका रहेगा। यहां प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के देसी घी 7800/8250 रुपए प्रति टीन हो गए। मक्खन के भाव 390/400 रुपए की ऊंचाई पर जा पहुंच गए हैं। आता है। अत: अभी कुछ दिन बाजार तेज रहेंगे।

Milk powder: no more production

The milk powder of cow is being sold at the lower level in the southern parts of the country, there, the sellers are no selling the stock at the lower level, due to this reason, the premium quality stock also ruling at Rs 285/295 per kg. Now, the wedding demand has also been started increasing after some days. The prices of liquid milk improved by Rs 2 per litre during the last two days, whereas, the stock of liquid milk has also been started arriving and selling out constantly in the poly pack. Now, the market showed uptrend after some days.

दूध पाउडर-उत्पादन बंद हुआ

नई दिल्ली, 24 जून (एनएनएस) दूध पाउडर की खपत में औसतन 21 प्रतिशत बढ़ गई है, जबकि नया उत्पादन सीजन ऑफ होने से बंद हो गया है, केवल दक्षिण भारत में गाय का दूध पाउडर सस्ता बिक रहा है, वहां भी अब घटाकर बिकवाल नहीं है, जिस कारण कंपनीयों ने 285/295 रुपए प्रति किलो प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के पूर्व के बढ़े भाव पर व्यापार किये। अभी कुछ दिन बाद शादियों की अतिरिक्त मांग निकलने लगेगी। लिक्विड दूध के भाव पिछले सप्ताह दो रुपए लीटर बढ़ गए, वहीं जो लिक्विड दूध आ रहा है, वह सारा पॉली पैक में जा रहा है। अभी कुछ दिन बाजार तेज रहेगा।
