New Delhi, 24 December (NNS): The stock of butter has been started increasing in the plants because the new stock has been started increasing constantly and the export deals have already been sold out in the markets, due to this reason, the market has been started decreasing constantly. The prices of both desi ghee and butter declined by Rs 45/50 per kg in the current month and the demand seems weak in these prices. The market will likely to remain stable at the same level after the decrement of Rs 20 per kg. The supply of liquid milk reported to be increase to 2.5 crore litres in the plants of North India on daily basis and the consumption of desi ghee has already been over, in these circumstances, the companies are quoting the prices of desi ghee also ruling at Rs 8400/8700 per quintal and prices have not showed uptrend, but the prices may decrease after this week. The new production has been stored in the manufacturing companies.

देसी घी-अभी कुछ दिन ठहराव रहेगा

नई दिल्ली, 24 दिसम्बर (एनएनएस) प्लांटों में बटर का स्टॉक काफी बढ़ने लगा है, क्योंकि नया उत्पादन में तेजी से वृद्धि होने लगी है तथा निर्यात के हुए सौदे डेढ़ माह पहले निपट चुके हैं। इस वजह से बाजार धीरे-धीरे घटने लगा है। चालू माह में 45/50 रुपए प्रति किलो देसी घी एवं बटर में मंदा आ गया है, इन भाव में ग्राहकी कमजोर है, आगे भी 20 रुपए प्रति किलो की गिरावट के बाद ही कुछ दिन ठहराव लग रहा है। लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति बढ़कर ढाई करोड़ लीटर दैनिक उत्तर भारत के प्लांटों में होने लगी है तथा देसी घी के खपत वाले त्योहार निपट चुके हैं, इन परिस्थितियों में जो देसी घी के भाव कंपनियां 8400/8700 रुपए प्रति टीन बोल रही हैं, इसमें तेजी तो नहीं है, लेकिन और मंदा इस सप्ताह के बाद ही आएगा। निर्माता कंपनियों में ताजा उत्पादन का माल स्टॉक होने लगा है।

Milk powder: no possibility of more uptrend

New Delhi, 24 December (NNS): The production milk powder increased by 46 percent before a month during the last one month in North India because the supply of raw milk showed uptrend in the plants, due to this reason, the prices of premium quality milk powder also ruling at Rs 275/285 per kg. The inferior quality stock also selling between Rs 200/220 per kg. Presently, it is expected that the prices may decrease by Rs 10 per kg on seeing the production. Therefore, it is profitable to trade as per the needs. Its prices declined by $15/20 per tonne in the current week in the international markets, due to this reason, the export reported to be weak from Maharashtra and Southern parts of the country.

दूध पाउडर-तेजी की गुंजाइश नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 24 दिसम्बर (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में दूध पाउडर के उत्पादन में पिछले एक महीने के अंतराल 46 प्रतिशत की वृद्धि हुई है, क्योंकि प्लांटों में कच्चे दूध की आपूर्ति जबरदस्त इजाफा हुआ है, जिस कारण इसके भाव 275-285 रुपए प्रति किलो के बीच प्रीमियम क्वालिटी अनुसार रह गए हैं। हल्की क्वालिटी के माल 200/220 रुपए प्रति किलो के बीच बिक रहे हैं। फिलहाल निकट में उत्पादन को देखते हुए 10 रुपए प्रति किलो का और मंदा लग रहा है। अत: जरूरत का ही व्यापार करना चाहिए। अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजारों में चालू सप्ताह में 15-20 डॉलर प्रति टन की गिरावट आई है, जिस कारण इसका निर्यात दक्षिण भारत एवं महाराष्ट्र से कुछ कम हो रहा है।
