New Delhi, 01 May (NNS): The supply of desi ghee went down to 80/82 lakh litres on daily basis in the plants, due to which, the production is around 490/500 metric tonnes, due to this reason, the prices gained by Rs 200 to Rs 8950/9150 per tin. Here, the adulterated stock has been selling out constantly in the markets, it affects the premium quality stock. The demand seems weak in the markets as per the increment in the prices.  The companies are doing directly trading. This is the off season of production. On the other hand, there is a lack of butter and desi ghee stock in both the plants and the markets. Therefore, the market will likely to remain high during the near future.

देसी घी-इस बार तेजी कायम रहेगी

नई दिल्ली, 1 मई (एनएनएस) प्लांटों में लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति घटकर 80-82 लाख लीटर दैनिक हो गई है, जिससे देसी घी का उत्पादन 490-500 मीट्रिक टन दैनिक रह गई है। इस वजह से 200 रुपए बढ़कर 8950/9150 रुपए प्रति टीन हो गए। इधर मिलावटी माल भी धड़ल्ले से बिक रहे है, लेकिन उसका प्रभाव प्रीमियम क्वालिटी पर पड़ रहा है। इसमें तेजी के हिसाब से बाजारों में ग्राहकी नहीं है, कंपनियों से सीधे व्यापार हो रहा है। उत्पादन का ऑफ सीजन है। वहीं प्लांटो एवं मंडियों में देशी घी तथा बटर का स्टाक नहीं है। अत: बाजार और तेज रहेंगे।

Milk powder: should purchase at the current level

New Delhi, 01 May (NNS): Today, there were around 80/82 lakh litres of liquid milk reported to be supply in the markets of North India, due to this reason, around 645/650 metric tonnes of milk powder has been produced. The companies have increased the prices by Rs 10 per kg from the last some days owing to the lack of spot stock and today also, the companies have quoted the prices of premium quality at Rs 325/335 per kg. Here, the extra consumption of milk powder has been started increasing in poly pack. The buying of milk powder seems constant for export and the prices may gain by Rs 20 per kg owing to the higher prices of milk powder in the southern parts of the country.

दूध पाउडर- खरीद का समय

नई दिल्ली, 1 मई (एनएनएस) लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति उत्तर भारत की मंडियों में आज 80-82 लाख लीटर के करीब रही, जिस कारण दूध पाउडर का उत्पादन 645-650 मीट्रिक टन रह गया है। हाजिर माल की कमी से पिछले दिनों कंपनियों ने 10 रुपए प्रति किलो और बढ़ा दी थी तथा आज भी कंपनियों द्वारा प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के पूर्व भाव 325/335 रुपए प्रति किलो बोली गई। इधर पॉलीपैक में भी दूध की अतिरिक्त खपत बढ़ने लगी है। दूध पाउडर निर्यात हेतु खरीद भी चलने लगी है तथा दक्षिण भारत के दूध पाउडर तेज होने से 20 रुपए प्रति किलो और बढ़ने की संभावना दिखाई दे रही है।
