Here also, some unruly elements are directly selling the stock in the godown reach on the name of famous brands, due to this, there is a lack of trade in the markets. Apart from this, the traders are rapidly selling the stock in the consumer pack, in these circumstances, there is a lack of trade in the marekts, but there is a shortage of the stock in the plants. Now, the plants will likely to start after two months, before this, there is no possibility of more downfall in the near future and the market may show uptrend during the near future. Here, the premium quality desi ghee also ruling at Rs 8900/9300 per quintal. The adulterated stock of desi ghee also ruling between Rs 5800/7400 per quintal respectively.

देसी घी-फैट की अभी कमी रहेगी

नई दिल्ली, 29 अगस्त (एनएनएस) यद्यपि मिलावटी देसी घी का व्यापार दिल्ली से दूर दराज की मंडियों में धड़ल्ले से सुना गया। यहां भी कुछ अराजक तत्व हलवाइयों को सीधे सप्लाई नामी ब्रांडों के नाम से गोदाम पहुंच में करने लगे हैं, इससे मंडियों में व्यापार कम जरूर हो गया है। इसके अलावा ऑनलाइन उपभोक्ता पैक में भी देसी घी का व्यापार धड़ल्ले से चल रहा है, इन परिस्थितियों में बाजारों में व्यापार कम जरूर हुआ है, लेकिन प्लांटों में माल नहीं है। अभी प्लांट फुल फ्लैश चलने में 2 महीने का समय लगेगा, इसे देखते हुए देसी घी में निकट में घटने की गुंजाइश नहीं है तथा आगे चलकर बाजार और बढ़ सकता है। यहां प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के देसी घी 8900/9300 रुपए प्रति टीन के बीच बिक में चल रहे हैं। मिलावटी माल 5800 से 7400 रुपए के बीच ब्रांड के हिसाब से सप्लाई कर रहे हैं।

The reality is that the consumption of shrawan festival seems good from the last one month. Now, the demand of bhadrapad seems constant, before this, both the inferior and superior quality stock has already been sold out. The prices have been ruling at the higher level in the international markets, in these circumstances, the prices of milk powder remained stable at the strong level, but it is profitable to take the profit at the current level during the near future.

दूध पाउडर-लोकल एवं चालानी मांग बढ़ी

नई दिल्ली, 29 अगस्त (एनएनएस) दूध पाउडर में चालू सप्ताह लोकल एवं चालानी मांग अच्छी बनी हुई है तथा निर्यातक भी दक्षिण भारत के काऊ मिल्क पाउडर की खरीद कर रहे हैं। वास्तविकता यह है कि पिछले एक महीने से श्रावणी त्यौहार में खपत अच्छी रही है, अब भाद्रपद की चल रही है, उससे पहले महाकुंभ मेले में हल्के भारी माल में निबट चुके थे। अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजारों में इसके भाव ऊंचे चल रहे है, इन परिस्थितियों में दूध पाउडर के भाव पूर्ववत मजबूत चल रहे है, लेकिन मुनाफा भी लेते रहना चाहिए।
