New Delhi, 11 November (NNS): The stock of best quality desi ghee is being quoted at the higher level due to the increment in the upcountry demand of Diwali and Chatt pooja along with the shortage of storage of desi ghee in the companies. Here, most of the plants have been processing the stock by expanding their capacity despite the uptrend in the prices of liquid milk, due to which, there is a lack of liquid milk. Now, the plants will not likely to run as per their capacity during the current month and it is expected that the consumption may show uptrend, on seeing this, the market of desi ghee may increase owing to the shortage of desi ghee.  However, the adulterated stock of desi ghee also been selling out rapidly in the markets, in these circumstances, its trade should not be done at the higher level, but it will likely to be good during the near future. Here, premium quality desi ghee also ruling at Rs 8000/8400 per tin including GST.

देसी घी-बटर की कमी रहेगी

नई दिल्ली, 11 नवम्बर (एनएनएस) कंपनियों में देसी घी का स्टॉक काफी कमी एवं दिवाली छठ पूजा की चालानी मांग निकलने से बढ़िया देसी घी बाजार में बढ़ाकर बोलने लगे हैं। इधर लिक्विड दूध में वृद्धि होने के बावजूद अधिकतर प्लांट अपनी क्षमता बढ़ाकर प्रोसेसिंग करने लगे हैं, जिससे लिक्विड दूध की शॉर्टेज बन गई है। अभी चालू माह में अधिकतर प्लांटों में अपनी क्षमता के अनुरूप नहीं चल पाएंगे तथा खपत भरपूर रहेगी, इसे देखते हुए बटर एवं देसी घी की शॉर्टेज में बाजार और बढ़ सकते हैं। हालांकि अभी भी मिलावटी देसी घी बाजारों में धड़ल्ले से बिक रहे हैं, इन परिस्थितियों में ज्यादा तेजी का व्यापार नहीं करना चाहिए तथा दूरगामी परिणाम देसी घी के व्यापार में बढ़िया रहेगा। यहां प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के भाव 8000/8400 रुपए प्रति टीन जीएसटी पेड चल रहे हैं।

Milk powder: weak production pressure

New Delhi, 11 November (NNS): The full-fledged season of liquid milk will likely to arrive after the month of November, whereas, there is a shortage of milk powder in the plants of Maharashtra. There, it is not being available at the sluggish rates from North India, due to this reason, the companies were trading at the lower level during the previous month in the markets, but now, it is being quoted at the strong level. Here, the premium quality milk powder remained stable at Rs 295/305 per kg. The cooperatives are not selling the stock at the lower level, due to this reason, the market showed strong trend. There is no possibility of more downtrend in the prices during the near future.

दूध पाउडर-उत्पादन का प्रेशर नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 11 नवम्बर (एनएनएस) लिक्विड दूध का फुल फ्लैश सीजन आने में अभी नवम्बर का महीना निकल जाएगा, उधर दूध पाउडर का स्टाक महाराष्ट्र के प्लांटों में अभी ज्यादा नहीं है। उत्तर भारत से वहां ज्यादा सस्ता नहीं पड़ रहा है, जिस कारण बाजारों में पिछले महीने कंपनियां कुछ नरमी लिए व्यापार कर रही थी, वह अब वर्तमान में मजबूत करके बोलने लगी है। यहां  प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के दूध पाउडर के भाव 295/305 रुपए प्रति किलो पर टिके हुए हैं। कोआपरेटिव्स भी? घटाकर बिकवाल नहीं हैं, जिस कारण बाजारों में मजबूती बनी हुई है। अगले महीने से मंदे के आसार दिखाई दे रहे हैं।
