New Delhi, 13 June (NNS): The sale of desi ghee showed heavy downtrend due to the increment in the temperature, but the butter stock has not been available in any plant and all the plants are under maintenance, due to this, the production has already been closed. The prices of liquid milk remained stable at Rs 58 per kg and the stock has not been available at the current level, due to which, the demand has been fulfilled by the poly pack milk. It is expected that there will be the shortage of butter and desi ghee stock in the plants, due to which, the prices may not show more downtrend, but the prices may increase after the month of June. Presently, desi ghee prices also being quoted at Rs 7600/7900 per tin.

देसी घी-गर्मी से बिक्री घटी

नई दिल्ली, 13 जून (एनएनएस) हालांकि भीषण गर्मी पड़ने से देसी घी की बिक्री काफी घट गई है, लेकिन किसी भी प्लांट में बटर का स्टॉक अधिक नहीं होने तथा प्लांट सभी मेंटेनेंस में चले जाने से उत्पादन पूरी तरह से बंद हो चुका है। लिक्विड दूध के भाव 58 रुपए लीटर के आसपास चल रहे हैं, इस पर भी उपलब्धि अधिक नहीं है, जिससे पॉली पैक दूध की पूर्ति हो रही है। आगे चलकर बटर एवं देसी की में और शॉर्टेज बनने वाली है, जिससे मंदा तो नहीं है, लेकिन तेजी आने में अभी जून का महीना निकल जाएगा। वर्तमान में देसी घी के भाव 7600/7900 रुपए प्रति टीन के बीच बाजार में चल रहे हैं।

Milk powder: lack of demand

New Delhi, 13 June (NNS): The demand of milk powder showed downtrend due to the lack of rupee in the markets, but most of the plants have stopped their production and the consumption of liquid milk also showed uptrend on seeing the higher temperature, in these circumstances, there is no decrement in the roots. The stock of outside traders have been selling out constantly, after this, the market may gain by Rs 15/20 per kg. The reality is that the inferior quality stock of maltodextrin and whey powder is being sold at the lower level, due to which, the sale of best quality stock does not seems favourable and the inferior quality stock also fulfil the demand.

दूध पाउडर-अभी ग्राहकी की कमी

नई दिल्ली, 13 जून (एनएनएस) बाजारों में रुपए की तंगी होने से दूध पाउडर में ग्राहक की कमजोरी चल रही है लेकिन अधिकतर प्लांट अपने उत्पादन बंद कर दिए हैं तथा गर्मी को देखते हुए लिक्विड दूध की खपत में इजाफा हुआ है, इन परिस्थितियों में जड़ में मंदा नहीं है। आगे चलकर धीरे-धीरे बाहरी ट्रेड के स्टाक के माल निकल जाएंगे, उसके बाद बाजार 15/20 रुपए प्रति किलो बढ़ सकता है। वास्तविकता यह है कि माल्टोडेक्सट्रिन एवं वेपाउडर वाले माल अभी मंदे भाव के मंडियों में बिक रहे हैं, जिससे बढ़िया माल की बिक्री अनुकूल नहीं है तथा हल्के माल खपत की पूर्ति कर रहे हैं।
