New Delhi, 14 February (NNS): There were around two crore litres of liquid milk reported to be supply on daily basis in the plants of North India, but the all-round buying of butter seems constant from the exporters, due to this reason, the prices of both desi ghee and butter have been quoted at the higher level. Now, around 1220/1230 tonnes of desi ghee reported to be produce regularly in the plant of North India. Presently, the prices of premium quality milk powder have been ruling at Rs 8500/8700 per quintal as per the quality. Here, the market may show uptrend because the buying reported to be high from the manufacturing companies despite the increased supply of liquid milk and the competitive buying of butter also seems high. Apart from this, good amount of butter stock has been exporting to the Egypt countries, but it is profitable to trade at the current level.

देसी घी- इस बार उपलब्धि कम रहेगी

नई दिल्ली, 14 फरवरी (एनएनएस) लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ती उत्तर भारत के प्लान्टों  में दो करोड़ लीटर दैनिक होने लगी है, लेकिन बटर में निर्यातकों की चौतरफा लिवाली बनी हुई है, जिस कारण देशी घी व बटर दोनों के भाव तेज बोलने लगे हैं। इस समय उत्तर भारत के प्लांटों में देसी घी का उत्पादन 1220/1230 टन दैनिक हो रहा है। वर्तमान में देसी घी के भाव 8500/8700 रुपए प्रति टीन के बीच प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के ब्रांड रेपुटेशन के अनुसार चल रहे हैं। यहां बाजार अभी और तेज लग रहा है, क्योंकि लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति बढ़ने के बावजूद भी निर्माता कंपनियों की खरीद प्रतिस्पर्धात्मक बढ़ी है तथा बटर की खरीद में भी कुछ प्रतिस्पर्धा अधिक हो गई है। बटर का निर्यात इजिप्ट के देशों के लिए अच्छा हो रहा है लेकिन एक बार मुनाफा लेना चाहिए।

Milk powder: should sell at the current level

New Delhi, 14 February (NNS): Presently, the arrival of both milk powder and whey powder has been started increasing constantly in the consuming industries. On the other hand, its sale has been started increasing in the local and the upcountry markets, due to this, the companies are purchasing the stock of liquid milk at Rs 53/56 per litre. The consumption of weddings and mahakumbh showed uptrend during the last one month, whereas, huge amount of milk powder has been exporting constantly. The federations of Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and Maharashtra has not been selling the stock at the lower level. Here, the cooperatives of Gujarat started selling out their stock constantly, in these circumstances, it is profitable to store the stock of milk powder at the current level because the production of milk powder has been started increasing constantly because of the favourable weather conditions.

दूध पाउडर-वर्तमान में अब बेचिए

नई दिल्ली, 14 फरवरी (एनएनएस) दूध पाउडर एवं वे पाउडर की खपत वाले उद्योगों में लगातार वृद्धि हो रही है। दूसरी ओर बिक्री लोकल एवं चालानी वाली मंडियों में बढ़ जाने से लिक्विड दूध के भाव कंपनियों ने 53/56 रुपए प्रति लीटर में खरीद कर रही हैं। पिछले एक माह से शादियां एवं महाकुंभ की खपत बढ़ गयी है, दूसरी ओर दूध पाउडर निर्यात में भी जाने लगा है। तमिलनाडु कर्नाटक महाराष्ट्र फेडरेशन भी अब घटाकर माल के बेचू नहीं आ रहे हैं। इधर गुजरात कोआपरेटिव अब बिकवाली में आने लगी है हैं, इन परिस्थितियों में एक बार वर्तमान भाव पर दूध पाउडर को बचना चाहिए, क्योंकि मौसम अनुकूल होने से दूध पाउडर का उत्पादन धीरे-धीरे बढ़त पर है।
