New Delhi, 20 February (NNS): The seasonal consumption of both butter and desi ghee seems high due to the increment in the winter season. Here, the upcountry demand of weddings have been started increasing, but the companies are reducing the prices by Rs 10 per kg during the current week owing to the higher production of desi ghee and the stockists are not buying the stock at the current level, due to this reason, now, the market may likely to remain sluggish, but it is profitable to trade at the current level after the downfall of Rs 100 per quintal. This year, production of liquid milk reported to be high, but the consumption be high for the long time, due to this, the market may show heavy uptrend. Their price reduced by Rs 20 per kg during the last 15/20 days and it is profitable to purchase the stock at the current level.

देसी घी- बटर की कमी से महंगा

नई दिल्ली, 20 फरवरी (एनएनएस) बटर एवं देसी घी में सर्दी बढ़ने से सीजनल खपत बढ़ गई है, इधर शादियों की चालानी मांग बढ़ने लगी है, लेकिन देसी घी का उत्पादन बढ़ने से कंपनिया चालू सप्ताह में 10 रुपए प्रति किलो और घटाकर व्यापार की है तथा स्टाकिस्टों की अभी लिवाली नहीं है, इस वजह से अभी बाजार कुछ दिन सुस्त ही रहेगा, लेकिन 100 रुपए और घटने के बाद आगे चलकर इसमें व्यापार लाभदायक रहेगा। इस बार लिक्विड दूध का उत्पादन अधिक है, लेकिन खपत का समय भी लंबे समय तक रहने वाला है, इसलिए बाजार आगे चलकर तेज रहने की उम्मीद है। पिछले 15-20 दिनों में 20 रुपए प्रति किलो की गिरावट आ गई है, अब इन भाव में खरीद करना चाहिये।

Milk powder: no more downfall

New Delhi, 20 February (NNS): There were around 2.15 crore litres of raw milk reported to be supply in the plants during the previous week. The weddings have been going on from the last one month and the upcountry demand of mahakumbh will be constant, but the demand of mahakumbh has been easily fulfilling constantly due to the selling of cow milk powder of South India at the sluggish prices along with the increment in the production, due to this reason, the prices of milk powder reduced by Rs 10 per kg during the current week. Here, premium quality milk powder is being traded at Rs 285/295 per quintal and the stock of whey powder and maltodextrin also reported to be sold at Rs 190/200 per kg. The weddings will likely to be held for the long time, due to this reason, the prices of milk powder may not show downfall during the coming days.

दूध पाउडर- अब मंदे को विराम

नई दिल्ली, 20 फरवरी (एनएनएस) गत सप्ताह प्लांटों में कच्चे दूध की आपूर्ति करीब सवा 2 करोड़ लीटर के करीब दैनिक हो रही है। गत एक माह से शादियां चल रही हैं तथा महाकुंभ की चालानी मांग भी चल रही है, लेकिन उत्पादन बढ़ने एवं दक्षिण भारत के कॉउ मिल्क पाउडर सस्ता बिकने से महाकुंभ की खपत आसानी से पूरी हो रही है, जिस वजह से चालू सप्ताह में 10 रुपए प्रति किलो की दूध पाउडर में गिरावट आ गई है। यहां प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के दूध पाउडर 285/295 रुपए प्रति किलो बिक रहे हैं तथा मॉल्टोडेक्सट्रीन एवं वेपाउडर वाले माल 190/200 रुपए बिक रहे हैं। शादियां इस बार लंबे समय तक होने वाली है, इसलिए अब दूध पाउडर में मंदे को विराम लग रहा है।
