New Delhi, 13 February (NNS): There were around two crore litres of desi ghee reported to supply on daily basis. Recently, the prices of milk improved by Re 1 per litre, due to this, the production cost has showed downfall. There, the stock of butter has also been started exporting constantly and the companies are getting profit in the trade of butter at the current level, due to this reason, most of the companies are not producing the stock of desi ghee. The market remained stable at the same level from the last one week, but the premium quality desi ghee is being traded at Rs 8700 per quintal on seeing the production and consumption and there is no possibility of more downtrend in the prices. Whereas, the sample pass stock also being traded at Rs 7500/8000 per quintal. Therefore, it is profitable to trade at the current level.

देसी घी-व्यापार बढ़िया रहेगा

नई दिल्ली, 13 फरवरी (एनएनएस) कच्चे दूध की आपूर्ति दो करोड़ लीटर दैनिक हो रही है। हाल ही में दूध के भाव एक रुपया लीटर महंगे हो जाने से देसी घी की उत्पादन लागत में राहत मिली है। वहीं महत्वपूर्ण बात यह है कि बटर का निर्यात हो रहा है तथा कंपनियों को बटर बेचने में पड़ता लग रहा है। इस वजह से देसी घी अधिकतर कंपनियां कम बना रही हैं। पिछले एक सप्ताह से बाजार टिका हुआ है, लेकिन देसी घी की खपत एवं उत्पादन को देखते हुए जो वर्तमान में 8700 रुपए प्रति टीन प्रीमियम क्वालिटी का घी बिक रहा है, इसमें घटने की गुंजाइश नहीं है। जबकि सैंपल पास माल 7500/8000 रुपए के बीच बिक रहे हैं। अत: वर्तमान भाव पर जहां लाभ मिले, वहां माल भी बेचना चाहिए।

Milk powder: should sell the stock constantly

New Delhi, 13 February (NNS): Presently, both the local and upcountry demand of milk powder reported to be constant. On the other hand, appropriate amount of milk powder of south India has been started exporting, due to which, there, the companies are not selling their stock at the lower level. Here, the consumption will likely to remain high for two months and the prices may not show downfall on seeing the higher consumption of milk powder in Mahakumbh along with weddings, but the prices of milk powder remained stable at the same level after the decrement of Rs 10 per kg, due to this reason, it is profitable to trade at the current level. Here, the premium quality milk powder also ruling at Rs 295/305 per kg.

दूध पाउडर-माल भी बेचते रहिए

नई दिल्ली, 13 फरवरी (एनएनएस) दूध पाउडर की लोकल एवं चालानी चल रही है। दूसरी ओर निर्यात में भी दक्षिण भारत का दूध पाउडर पर्याप्त मात्रा में जाने लगा है, जिससे वहां भी कंपनियां अब घटाकर बिकवाल नहीं है। इधर 2 महीने तक जबरदस्त खपत रहेगी, शादियों के साथ-साथ महाकुंभ में दूध पाउडर की जबरदस्त खपत को देखते हुए इसमें मंदा तो नहीं है, लेकिन पिछले दिनों की आई दो बार के अंतराल 20 रुपए प्रति किलो की तेजी के बाद 10 रुपए घटकर बाजार ठहरा हुआ है, इस वजह से मुनाफा भी लेते रहना चाहिए। यहां 295/305 रुपए के बीच प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के दूध पाउडर के भाव चल रहे हैं।
