New Delhi, 02 December (NNS): The wedding demand of both the butter and desi ghee will likely to be good during the previous week, but the supply of liquid milk showed improved trend from yesterday, due to this, from today, its prices reduced by Rs 10 per kg which means around Rs 150 per tin, due to which, the premium quality stock of desi ghee have been ruling at Rs 8000/8250 per quintal. Is expected that the availability of desi ghee has been started increasing constantly and the consumption of butter will likely to reduce after 10 days, in these circumstances, it is profitable to trade as per the needs rather than the storage. Today, the availability of liquid milk reported to be sluggish as compared to the previous week in the plants of North India.

देसी घी- अब जरूरत का व्यापार

नई दिल्ली, 2 दिसम्बर (एनएनएस) गत सप्ताह बटर एवं देसी घी में शादियों की अच्छी मांग रही, लेकिन कल से ही लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति में सुधार होने से आज 10 रुपए प्रति किलो यानी 150 रुपए प्रति टीन घटाकर कंपनियों ने व्यापार किया, जिससे बाजार में प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के भाव 8000/8250 रुपए रह गए। भविष्य में देसी घी की उपलब्धि धीरे-धीरे बढ़ने वाली है तथा अगले 10 दिन के बाद अतिरिक्त खपत बटर में कम हो जाएगी, इन परिस्थितियों में स्टॉक की बजाय जरूरत का ही व्यापार करना चाहिए। उत्तर भारत के प्लांटों में आज पिछले सप्ताह की तुलना में लिक्विड दूध की उपलब्धि में वृद्धि सुनी गई।

Milk powder: should trade at the current level

New Delhi, 02 December (NNS): Presently, around 1/1.25 crore litres of raw milk reported to be supply in the plants of UP, Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Bihar. Today, the manufacturing companies have been facing alot of problems while purchasing the stock of liquid milk as compared to the previous week. Whereas, some light tankers have already been returned by the companies. The consumption of milk powder will likely to remain high during the coming 10 days. After this, there will be no weddings during the kharmaas, on seeing this, the companies have reduced the prices of milk powder by Rs 10 to Rs 285/295 per kg and it is expected that the market may show downfall. It is profitable to trade the stock as per the selling.

दूध पाउडर- संभल कर व्यापार करिए

नई दिल्ली, 2 दिसम्बर (एनएनएस) यूपी, हरियाणा, पंजाब, राजस्थान, मध्य प्रदेश एवं बिहार के प्लांटों में कच्चे दूध की आपूर्ति करीब एक-सवा करोड़ लीटर के करीब हुई। पिछले सप्ताह की तुलना में आज लिक्विड दूध की खरीद में निर्माता कंपनियों को मशक्कत कम करनी पड़ी। कुछ हल्के टैंकर वापस भी कंपनियों ने कर दिए। अब अगले 10 दिनों तक ही दूध पाउडर की अतिरिक्त खपत रहेगी। उसके बाद खरमास के चलते शादियां बंद हो जाएंगी, इसे देखकर कंपनियों ने 10 रुपए घटाकर दूध पाउडर के भाव 285/295 रुपए प्रति किलो कर दिए तथा आगे कुछ और बाजार घट सकता है। यहां से बिक्री के हिसाब से ही व्यापार करना चाहिये।
