New Delhi, 13 August (NNS): In North India, the supply of liquid milk showed downfall in across Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh due to intense heat. As a result, dairy plants are having to procure milk at higher prices. Meanwhile, festive buying during the Shravan period is underway, which has increased consumption of desi ghee and butter. Butter exports have slowed slightly over the past two to three days as shipments against earlier deals are almost complete. Only a few new deals have been concluded for August shipments. Despite the shortage of supplies, the market remains subdued, as the prices of desi ghee currently trading at around Rs 9500/9600 per tin. Around two months ago, prices had risen by Rs 20/25 per kg, but even at the current levels, distributors are finding it difficult to make workable margins in the mandis. Given these conditions, the market is expected to remain subdued for the next few days, although the shortage of supplies is likely to continue.

देसी घी-माल की कमी रहेगी

नई दिल्ली, 13 अगस्त (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में जबरदस्त ऊमस भरी गर्मी से यूपी हरियाणा पंजाब राजस्थान मध्य प्रदेश में लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति घटने से प्लांटों को महंगा खरीदना पड़ रहा है। इधर श्रावणी त्योहारी की लिवाली चल रही है, जिससे देसी घी और बटर की खपत बढ़ गई है। बटर निर्यात में कुछ कम दो-तीन दिनों से जा रहा है, क्योंकि पहले के हुए सौदों के शिपमेंट लगभग पूरे हो गए हैं, नए सौदे अगस्त शिपमेंट के कुछ कम हुए हैं, इसलिए माल की कमी के बावजूद बाजार सुस्ती लिए 9500/9600 रुपए प्रति टीन बाजार में बिक रहे हैं। विगत दो माह पहले 20-25 रुपए प्रति किलो की तेजी आ गई थी, अब इन भावों में भी वितरक मंडियों को पड़ता नहीं लग रहा है, इन परिस्थितियों में बाजार अभी कुछ दिन सुस्त रहेगा।

Milk Powder – Difficulties in Liquid Milk Supply

New Delhi, 13 August (NNS): There is a severe shortage of liquid milk supply in North India which has made procurement difficult. As a result, the plants that are currently operational have to offer higher incentives to procure milk. Even then, the availability of best quality milk remains limited as the production cost seems higher. On the demand side, the market remains weak and the consumption also reported to be weak. Demand for milk powder during the Shravan period has also declined slightly. For now, the market has remained stable for the past two months. However, milk powder from South India is currently trading at considerably higher prices, which is preventing supplies from moving into North India. As a result, the prices of premium-quality milk powder are currently quoted in the range of Rs 310/328 per kg, depending on quality. Overall, the market is likely to remain stable in the near term.

दूध पाउडर- लिक्विड में परेशानी

नई दिल्ली, 13 अगस्त (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति में भारी कमी से खरीद मुश्किल हो गई है, इसलिए जो प्लांट चल रहे हैं, उन्हें खरीद करने में इंसेंटिव ज्यादा देना पड़ रहा है। इसमें भी बढ़िया दूध नहीं मिल पा रहा है, इस वजह से उत्पादन लागत महंगी हो गई है। दूसरी तरफ मांग अनुकूल नहीं है, इसलिए बाजार खपत के समय में सुस्त पड़ गया है। अभी श्रावणी की दूध पाउडर की मांग थोड़ी कम हो गई है। फिलहाल बाजार दो महीने से टिके हुए हैं। हालांकि इस बार साउथ का दूध पाउडर काफी महंगा बिक रहा है, इसलिए वह माल उत्तर भारत में नहीं आ रहा है। यही कारण है कि 310/328 रुपए प्रति किलो के बीच क्वालिटी के अनुसार प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के भाव चल रहे हैं। अत: ठहराव के ही आसार दिखाई दे रहे हैं।
