New Delhi, 19 November (NNS): The full fledged plants are not running in North India because the supply of liquid milk seems feeble during the last 4/5 days. On the other hand, the market showed strong trend because  of the all-round upcountry demand of butter during the wedding season. The adulterated stock of famous brands are being sold out rapidly in the godown reach at the lower level in the markets, due to which, the trade of best quality desi ghee reported to be disturbed, but the stock of liquid milk has not been available at the reasonable prices to the plants as the appropriate amount of stock has been available to the plants, due to which, its cost seems high. Now, 56/57 percent of liquid milk has been selling out in the poly pack because the chilling plants are processing the stock for the demand of the consumers. There is a lack of butter stock in the plants and also a shortage of desi ghee  in the plants, due to which, the market may not show more downfall during the coming some days. The poly packers are purchasing the stock of liquid milk at the higher level. Therefore, the premium quality desi ghee remained stable at Rs 8200/8400 per tin excluding GST.

देसी घी-शॉर्टेज में कुछ दिन मजबूत

नई दिल्ली, 19 नवम्बर (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत के प्लांट अभी फुल फ्लैश नहीं चल पा रहे हैं क्योंकि पिछले चार-पांच दिनों से फिर लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति नहीं बढ़ पा रही है,दूसरी ओर शादियों की मक्खन में चौतरफा चालानी मांग जबरदस्त रहने से मजबूती है। मिलावटी माल नामी गिरामी ब्रांडों के मंदे भाव में गोदाम पहुंच में धड़ल्ले से बिक रहे हैं, जिससे बढ़िया देसी घी का व्यापार थोड़ा डिस्टर्ब जरूर हुआ है, लेकिन लिक्विड दूध की उपलब्धि क्षमता के अनुरूप प्लांटों को पड़ते में नहीं हो पा रहा है, जिससे लागत महंगी पड़ रही है। अभी भी 56-57 प्रतिशत लिक्विड दूध पॉलीपैक में जा रहा है, क्योंकि उपभोक्ताओं की मांग हेतु चिलिंग प्लांट ही प्रोसेसिंग कर रहे हैं। बटर का स्टॉक प्लांटों में नहीं है तथा घी भी स्टाक में कम है, जिससे बाजार में मंदा अभी कुछ दिन नहीं आएगा। लिक्विड दूध में पोली पैकर्स को अभी सप्लाई के लिए महंगा खरीदना जरूरी है। अत: प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के देसी घी 8200/8400 रुपए प्रति टीन जीएसटी पेड पर अभी टिके रहेंगे।

Milk powder: no trade of more downfall

New Delhi, 19 November (NNS): Presently, surplus amount of liquid milk has not been started arriving in the plants of North India, due to which, the stock of milk powder has not been selling out in the plants as per the consumption of, due to this reason, there is no possibility of more downtrend in the prices and the wedding season will remain constant till 14 November in North India, due to which, the all-round demand of milk powder seems continuous for the production of dry fruits. On seeing this, the trade should not be done at the lower level and it is profitable to sell the stored stock at the current level. The market may show downfall during the second week of December because the weddings will remain off during one month and the production will be good during the season.

दूध पाउडर-अभी मंदे का व्यापार नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 19 नवम्बर (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत के प्लांटों में लिक्विड दूध सरप्लस नहीं आ रहा है, जिससे दूध पाउडर का स्टॉक खपत की तुलना में ज्यादा गोदामों में नहीं जा रहा है, इस वजह से मंदे की अभी गुंजाइश नहीं है तथा आगामी 14 दिसंबर तक जबरदस्त शादियां उत्तर भारत भारत में रहने वाली हैं, जिससे मावा बनाने के लिए दूध पाउडर की मांग चौतरफा बनी हुई है, इस वजह से अभी मंदे का व्यापार नहीं करना चाहिए तथा जो माल स्टॉक में पड़ा है, उसको आराम से बेचना लाभदायक रहेगा। दिसंबर के दूसरे सप्ताह से ही कुछ बाजार घटेगा, क्योंकि एक महीना तक शादियां बंद रहेंगी तथा उसमें उत्पादन का सीजन बढ़िया रहेगा।
