New Delhi, 19 May (NNS): Here, the prices of desi ghee are being traded at Rs 9400/9600 per tin as compared to the companies. The companies are quoting the prices at Rs 9550/9750 per quintal and the stockists started trading the stock at the current level because the prices of liquid milk has been started increasing from the current level, due to this, the market may increase from here, but the prices may show long uptrend after some time. However, the adulterants are fully active now and they are selling the stock after making it of any popular brand.

नई दिल्ली, 19 मई (एनएनएस) देसी घी के भाव कंपनियों की अपेक्षा अंडर रेट में यहां 9400/9600 रुपए प्रति टीन पर बाजार में बिक रहे है। कंपनियां 9550/9750 रुपए तक ऊपर में बोल रही है, इन भावों में स्टॉकिस्ट भी आ रहे हैं, क्योंकि अब लिक्विड दूध भागने लगा है, इसलिए कुछ दिन बाजार यहां से तेज रहेगा, लेकिन लंबी तेजी आने में थोड़ा समय लग सकता है। हालांकि मिलावटी करने वाले पूरी तरह सक्रिय बने हुए है, किसी भी ब्रांड का बनाकर बेचने लगे हैं।

Milk powder: increment in the consumption amid intense heat

New Delhi, 19 May (NNS): The consumption of liquid milk and skimmed milk powder showed uptrend due to the intense heat during the current week, due to this reason, the companies are quoting the prices of milk powder also being quoted at Rs 315/328 per kg. Both the local and upcountry demand showed uptrend from the last one week. On the other hand, the exporters are purchasing the stock of cow milk powder of south India at the current level. Notably, the milk powder of south India have been ruling at the higher level. There, the delivery of the deals reported to be constant and the consumption will likely to remain high in the second fortnight. Now, the exporters are purchasing the stock from the companies, due to this reason, the prices may increase from here. The export of milk powder gets affected amid war in the international markets, but there, the loading of the Maharashtra’s stock showed uptrend as comparatively due to the increment in the prices, in these circumstances, the prices of milk powder may increase by Rs 10 per kg.

दूध पाउडर-गर्मी से खपत बढ़ी

नई दिल्ली, 19 मई (एनएनएस) चालू सप्ताह गर्मी से लिक्विड दूध एवं स्कीम्ड मिल्क पाउडर की खपत बढ़ जाने से उत्तर भारत की कंपनियों द्वारा दूध पाउडर  315/328 रुपए प्रति किलो पर बोल रहे हैं। एक सप्ताह से लोकल एवं चालानी मांग में अपेक्षाकृत बढ़ गई है। उधर निर्यातक भी दक्षिण भारत के काऊ मिल्क पाउडर वर्तमान भाव में खरीद कर रहे हैं। गौरतलब है कि इस बार दक्षिण भारत के दूध पाउडर महंगे चल रहे हैं, वहां पहले के सौदों की डिलीवरी चल रही है तथा अब दूसरे पखवाड़े में खपत कुछ अधिक होने वाली है, अभी कंपनियों से निर्यातक भी खरीद करने लगे हैं, इसलिए यहां से तेजी लग रही है। अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजारों में ईरान इजरायल जंग से निर्यात प्रभावित जरूर रहा है लेकिन वहां भाव बढ़ जाने से महाराष्ट्र के माल की लोडिंग भी पहले की अपेक्षा बढ़ गई हैं, इन परिस्थितियों में दूध पाउडर के भाव 10 रुपए और बढ़ने वाले हैं।
