New Delhi, 31 December (NNS): The prices of desi ghee rose by Rs 75 to Rs 8575/8775 per tin during the last one week, but here, the prices have been ruling at the higher level, due to this, the trade should not be done in the near future, but the market will likely to remain stable at the same level and the prices may increase after some time. Presently, there is no logic of long increment in the prices because the availability of liquid milk reported to be high and the adulterants are properly active right now.

देसी घी-अभी जरूरत का व्यापार करिए

नई दिल्ली, 31 दिसम्बर (एनएनएस) हालांकि देशी घी में पिछले एक सप्ताह के अंतराल 75 रुपए प्रति किलो की तेजी पर यहां भाव 857500/8775 रुपए प्रति टीन पर आ गए हैं, लेकिन अभी भी भाव यह ऊंचे वाले ही लग रहे हैं, जिससे निकट में तेजी का व्यापार तो नहीं करना चाहिए, लेकिन कुछ दिन बाजार यहां ठहरेगा, यहां से और तेजी आने में थोड़ा समय लगेगा। फिलहाल लंबी तेजी का कोई लॉजिक नहीं है, क्योंकि लिक्विड दूध की उपलब्धि भरपूर है तथा मिलावटी करने वाले पूरी तरह सक्रिय बने हुए है।

Milk powder: no long downfall

New Delhi, 31 December (NNS): The companies are selling the stock of milk powder at Rs 280/298 per kg during the previous days. Both the local and upcountry demand of milk powder reported to be high from the dry fruits manufacturers from the last two days. On the other hand, the exporters are purchasing cow milk powder at the sluggish rates. The reality is that the milk powder of South India have been ruling at the higher level, there, the delivery of the deals seems constant and the consumption will likely to remain high in January. The demand showed improved trend at the higher level in the international markets, due to this, the loading of the Maharashtra’s stock showed uptrend, in these circumstances, the prices of milk powder may increase after some days.

दूध पाउडर-अब मंदा नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 31 दिसम्बर (एनएनएस) दूध पाउडर में पिछले दिनों कंपनियों द्वारा  बढ़ाकर बिकवाली किए जाने से 280/298 रुपए प्रति किलो भाव हो गए हैं। गत दो दिनों से लोकल एवं चालानी मावा निर्माताओं की मांग में अपेक्षाकृत वृद्धि हो गई है। उधर निर्यातक भी दक्षिण भारत के काऊ मिल्क पाउडर कम खरीद कर रहे हैं। वास्तविकता यह है कि इस बार दक्षिण भारत के दूध पाउडर महंगे चल रहे हैं, वहां पहले के सौदों की डिलीवरी चल रही है तथा जनवरी मास में खपत ज्यादा अधिक होने वाली है। अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजारों में ऊंचे भाव से मांग सुधर गई  है, जिससे महाराष्ट्र के माल की लोडिंग बढ़ गई हैं, इन परिस्थितियों में दूध पाउडर के भाव कुछ दिन ठहरकर फिर तेज हो जाएगा।
