New Delhi, 06 March (NNS): The prices of desi ghee remained stable at the same level due to the higher production cost after the weak sale in whole sale markets. The prices of liquid milk remained firm at Rs 60/61 per litre. The supply of liquid milk slipped by 20/25 lakh litres to 1.75/1.80 crore litres. However, the availability of liquid milk reported to be high as compared to the previous year, but the consumption will remain constant in Holi and weddings during the current month. The main thing is that the morale of the best manufacturers showed downfall owing to the selling of adulterated stock of desi ghee at the lower level. The adulterated stock of desi ghee is being sold openly for use in temple offerings and at the cremation grounds.

देसी घी-मुनाफा भी लेते रहिए

नई दिल्ली, 6 मार्च (एनएनएस) देसी घी के भाव थोक में, इन दिनों बिक्री घटने के बाद भी उत्पादन लागत महंगे होने से टिके हुए हैं। लिक्विड दूध के भाव इस समय 60/61 रुपए प्रति लीटर पर तेजी के साथ ठहरे हुए हैं। लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति 20-25 लाख लीटर घटकर 1.75-1.80 करोड़ लीटर रह गई है। हालांकि पिछले साल की अपेक्षा लिक्विड दूध की उपलब्धि अधिक है, लेकिन चालू महीने में शादियों एवं होली में काफी खपत रही है। यह बात जरूर है कि मिलावटी देसी घी मंदे भाव में बिकने से बढ़िया निर्माताओं का मनोबल टूट गया है, यह मिलावटी देसी घी मंदिरों में चढ़ने वाले प्रसाद एवं श्मशान घाटों पर पर खपत हेतु धड़ल्ले से बिक रहे हैं।

Milk powder: uptrend in future after some time

New Delhi, 06 March (NNS):  Today, the companies are purchasing the stock of best quality milk at Rs 61 per litre due to the weak supply of liquid milk from the last two days. The production of milk powder showed uptrend in all the plants as compared to before. The consumption of liquid milk seems high in the previous week. The further consumption of milk powder may increase in the wedding, in these circumstances, the milk powder which was selling at Rs 310/323 per kg, but there is no possibility of more downfall in the prices after some time. The consumption is expected to increase further as the summer heat intensifies. Therefore, it is profitable to trade at the current level.

दूध पाउडर-ठहरकर भविष्य में तेजी

नई दिल्ली, 6 मार्च (एनएनएस) लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति दो दिन में कम होने से आज भी बढ़िया दूध 61 रुपए प्रति लीटर में कंपनियों को खरीद करना पड़ा। सभी प्लांटों में दूध पाउडर का उत्पादन पहले की अपेक्षा बढ़ गया। पिछले सप्ताह में भी लिक्विड दूध की अतिरिक्त खपत बढ़ गई थी, आगे भी शादियों में दूध पाउडर की खपत बढ़ने वाली है, इन परिस्थितियों में जो दूध पाउडर 310/323 रुपए प्रति किलो के बीच बिक रहे हैं, इसमें घटने की गुंजाइश नहीं है, भले ही कुछ दिन ठहराव रह सकता है। आगे जैसे-जैसे गर्मी बढ़ेगी, खपत और बढ़ने वाली है। अत: खुलकर व्यापार करना चाहिए।
