New Delhi, 02 July (NNS): The supply of raw milk reduced to 59/60 lakh litres  in the plants on  Rajasthan, UP, Haryana, Punjab and MP, due to this, almost 355/356 metric tonnes of the stock reported be produce. Notably, production reduced by 28/30 tonnes as the supply declined by 5 lakh litres from the last one month. Despite this, the companies are selling the stock after the downfall of Rs 100 per quintal because the government should have to stop the production of adulterated stock which is being available at Rs 5400/5500 per quintal, whereas, the stock of famous brands have been ruling at Rs 7000/7200 per quintal.

देसी घी-उत्पादन में कमी

नई दिल्ली, 2 जुलाई (एनएनएस) यूपी हरियाणा पंजाब राजस्थान मध्य प्रदेश के प्लांटों में कच्चे दूध की आपूर्ति घटकर 59-60 लाख लीटर दैनिक रह गई, जिससे देसी घी का उत्पादन 355-356 मैट्रिक टन रह गया। गौरतलब है कि पिछले सप्ताह के अंतराल 5 लाख लीटर की आपूर्ति में कमी हो जाने से 28-30 टन देसी घी कम बना। इसके बावजूद भी कंपनियों के माल 100 रुपए प्रति किलो नीचे बिक रहे थे। इसका मुख्य कारण मिलावटी माल, जो नकली बटर से बनने लगा है। इस पर सरकार को अंकुश लगाना चाहिए। यह माल 5400/5500 रुपए प्रति टीन के पड़ते का बन रहा है, जबकि बाजार में आसानी से नामी गिरामी ब्रांडों के नाम से 7000/7200 रुपए में बिक रहा है।

Milk powder: no possibility to decrease

New Delhi, 02 July (NNS): The supply of liquid milk showed downfall in North India, despite this, both the domestic and the export demand seems feeble, on seeing this, the prices of milk powder reduced by Rs 5 per kg in the current week and the plants will likely to run after a long time. On the other hand, the consumption may increase for the shrawan festivals, in these circumstances, there is no possibility of more downfall in the prices. There also, the companies are not selling the stock of cow milk powder of Maharashtra at the lower level on seeing the constant buying from the exporters.

दूध पाउडर- और घटने की गुंजाइश नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 2 जुलाई (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति घटने के बावजूद भी घरेलू व निर्यात मांग कमजोर पड़ने से दूध पाउडर के भाव चालू सप्ताह में 5 रुपए प्रति किलो घट गए तथा प्लांट चलने में अभी लंबा समय बाकी है, उधर श्रावणी त्यौहार के लिए खपत बढ़ जाएगी, इन परिस्थितियों को देखते हुए दूध पाउडर में और घटने की गुंजाइश नहीं है। महाराष्ट्र का कॉउ मिल्क पाउडर भी वहां की कंपनियां निर्यातकों की लिवाली को देखकर और घटाकर माल बेचने से पीछे हट गई हैं।
