New Delhi, 17 March (NNS): There were around two crore litres of liquid milk reported to be supply in the plants of north India. Here, the all-around  buying of butter seems constant from the exporters, due to this reason, the prices of Desi and butter also being quoted at higher level. Presently, there were around 1210/1220 tonnes of Desi ghee reported to be produced on daily basis in the plants of North India. Premium quality Desi is being traded at Rs 8300/8500 per tin as per the reputation. Here, the market may show up a trend because the competitive buying from the manufacturing companies showed up trend because of the sluggish supply of liquid milk. The export of butter reported to be good for the Egyptian countries.

देसी घी- इस बार स्टॉक कम

नई दिल्ली, 17 मार्च (एनएनएस) लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ती उत्तर भारत के प्लान्टों में दो करोड़ लीटर दैनिक हो रही है, इधर बटर में निर्यातकों की चौतरफा लिवाली बनी हुई है, जिस कारण देशी घी व बटर दोनों के भाव तेज बोलने लगे हैं। इस समय उत्तर भारत के प्लांटों में देसी घी का उत्पादन 1210/1220 टन दैनिक हो रहा है। वर्तमान में देसी घी के भाव 8300/8500 रुपए प्रति टीन के बीच प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के ब्रांड रेपुटेशन के अनुसार चल रहे हैं। यहां बाजार अब तेज लग रहा है, क्योंकि लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति घटने से निर्माता कंपनियों की खरीद प्रतिस्पर्धात्मक बढ़ गई है। बटर का निर्यात इजिप्ट के देशों के लिए अच्छा हो रहा है।

New Delhi, 17 March (NNS): The production of milk powder and vape powder has been started increasing in the producing plants, but both the local and the up country demand will likely to increase during the next month and the temperature will also show constant uptrend, due to this reason, the companies have quoted the price of liquid milk at Rs 55/57 per litre. Apart from this, the consumption of the stock showed uptrend from the last 15 to 20 days, but the weddings will likely to start for one month, due to this reason, the market may not show more downfall. The premium quality milk powder which was being sold at Rs 285/295 per kilogram. It is profitable to purchase the stock of milk powder at the current level because. The consumption may increase during the April after Holi. The Federation of Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and Maharashtra are not selling their stock at more lower level. Here, the Gujarat cooperatives are also not selling their stock at the cheapest prices.

दूध पाउडर-अब खरीद का समय फिर आया

नई दिल्ली, 17 मार्च (एनएनएस) दूध पाउडर एवं वेपाउडर का उत्पादन प्लांटों में बढ़ रहा है, लेकिन गर्मी एवं अगले महीने शादियों की बिक्री लोकल एवं चालानी वाली मंडियों में बढ़ने वाली है जिस कारण लिक्विड दूध कंपनियां रुपए बढ़ाकर 55/57 रुपए प्रति लीटर में खरीद करने लगी हैं। पिछले 15-20 दिन से खपत बढ़ गयी थी, लेकिन एक महीने के लिए शादियां शुरू होने जा रही हैं, जिस कारण बाजार अब मंदा नहीं जाएगा। अब वर्तमान में प्रीमियम क्वॉलिटी का जो दूध पाउडर 285/295 रुपए प्रति किलो बिक रहा है तथा इन भावों में दूध पाउडर की खरीद करनी चाहिए, क्योंकि होली के उपरांत कुछ दिन खपत घटने के बाद अप्रैल में खपत काफी बढ़ जाएगी। तमिलनाडु कर्नाटक महाराष्ट्र फेडरेशन भी और घटाकर माल के बेचू नहीं आ रहे हैं। इधर गुजरात कोआपरेटिव की भी बिकवाली घटाकर नहीं आ रही है।
