New Delhi, 24 September (NNS): Nominal amount of small plants are running at the current level, due to this, the production of both desi ghee and butter reported to be weak, due to this reason, its prices have been ruling at Rs 9700/9900 per tin. Notably, the butter stock which is lying to the plants, its export seems intermittent because its prices have been ruling at the higher level in the international markets, due to this, it is being traded at $5600/5650 per tonne, in these circumstances, the prices of desi ghee may gain by Rs 10 per kg during the near future.

देसी घी-प्लांटों में स्टाक की कमी

नई दिल्ली, 24 सितम्बर (एनएनएस) देशी घी के छोटे प्लांट अभी थोड़ा-थोड़ा चल रहे हैं, जिससे देसी घी के साथ साथ बटर का भी उत्पादन कम रह गया है, इस वजह से इसके भाव 9700/9900 रुपए प्रति टीन पर ऊंचे हो गए हैं। गौरतलब है कि प्लांटों के पास जो बटर स्टॉक में पड़ा है, उसका निर्यात रुक रुक कर होने लगा है, क्योंकि अंतर्राष्ट्रीय बाजारों में बटर के ऊंचे भाव होने से 5600-5650 डॉलर प्रति टन तक व्यापार सुना जा रहा है, इन परिस्थितियों में देसी घी में अभी एक बार 10 रुपए प्रति किलो की और तेजी लग रही है।

Milk powder: no downfall in the roots

New Delhi, 24 September (NNS): The temperature increased to 32/33 degree celcius in the rural areas of North India, due to this, the availability of liquid milk reported to be weak as comparatively, due to this reason, the production of milk powder showed downfall. On the other hand, the consumption of milk powder improved by 5/6 percent from the last some days because  of the strictness over the adulteration in UP, due to this reason, its prices also ruling at Rs 320/333 per kg. The milk powder of the southern parts of the country is being available at the higher level, along with this, there, the prices showed strong trend because of the shortage of the stock to the federation. The consumption of milk powder will remain high in the pitru paksh.

दूध पाउडर-जड़ में मंदा नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 24 सितम्बर (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत के ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में मौसम का तापमान 32-33 डिग्री सेंटीग्रेड हो गया है, जिससे लिक्विड दूध की उपलब्धि, इन दोनों जितनी होनी चाहिए उतनी नहीं हो रही है, जिस कारण दूध पाउडर का उत्पादन घट गया। दूसरी ओर कुछ दिनों से 5-6 प्रतिशत दूध पाउडर की खपत लिक्विड दूध बनाने में बढ़ गया, क्योंकि यूपी में मिलावट पर सख्ती बढ़ गई है। इस वजह से इसके भाव 320/333 रुपए प्रति किलो के बीच तेजी लिए चल रहे हैं। साउथ का दूध पाउडर महंगा होने के साथ-साथ फेडरेशन के पास माल नहीं होने से वहां भी मजबूती बनी हुई है। आगे भी दूध पाउडर में पितृ पक्ष में खपत रहेगी।
