New Delhi, 10 July (NNS): The supply of liquid milk showed uptrend owing to the constant rainfall and downfall in the temperature in North India, but now, the stock has not been producing in the plants. The supply of chilling plants improved to 62/63 lakh litres on daily basis, but the production of desi ghee reported to be at 355/356 metric tonnes because the plants are running at the current level and the liquid milk has been started consuming constantly. The adulterated stock of Bikaner also ruling at the lower level by Rs 100 per tin because the stock has been started producing with adulterated butter and the government should have to stop this. Now, it is ruling at Rs 5400/5500 per quintal, whereas, the prices of the famous brands also being available at Rs 7000/7200 per quintal.

देसी घी-कंपनियों में माल की कमी

नई दिल्ली, 10 जुलाई (एनएनएस) यद्यपि उत्तर भारत में तापमान गिरने एवं बरसात होने से लिक्विड आपूर्ति बढ़ गई है लेकिन अभी प्लांट में उत्पादन नहीं होगा। चिलिंग प्लांटों में कच्चे दूध की आपूर्ति सुधर कर 62-63 लाख लीटर दैनिक हो गई है, लेकिन देसी घी का उत्पादन वहीं 355-356 मैट्रिक टन रह गया, क्योंकि प्लांट अतिरिक्त नहीं चल रहे हैं तथा लिक्विड दूध खपत में जा रहा है। मिलावटी माल बीकानेर से कंपनियों के माल 100 रुपए प्रति टीन नीचे बिक रहे हैं। इसका मुख्य कारण है कि नकली बटर से बनने लगा है, इस पर सरकार को अंकुश लगाना चाहिए। यह माल 5400/5500 रुपए प्रति टीन के पड़ते का बन रहा है, जबकि बाजार में आसानी से नामी गिरामी ब्रांडों के नाम से 7000/7200 रुपए में बिक रहा है।

Milk powder: will likely to remain stable

New Delhi, 10 July (NNS): The supply of liquid milk showed downfall in North India, despite this,  both the domestic and export demand reported to be weak, due to this, the prices of milk powder reduced by Rs 5 per kg in the last week and the plants will likely to start after a long time. On the other hand, the consumption of the stock may increase for shrawan festival, on seeing these circumstances, there is no possibility of more downfall in the prices. The companies of Maharashtra are not selling the stock of cow milk powder at the sluggish rates on seeing the buying from the exporters.

दूध पाउडर-अभी ठहराव कायम रहेगा

नई दिल्ली, 10 जुलाई (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति घटने के बावजूद भी घरेलू व निर्यात मांग कमजोर पड़ने से दूध पाउडर के भाव बीते सप्ताह में 5 रुपए प्रति किलो घट गए तथा प्लांट चलने में अभी लंबा समय बाकी है, उधर श्रावणी त्यौहार के लिए खपत बढ़ जाएगी, इन परिस्थितियों को देखते हुए दूध पाउडर में और घटने की गुंजाइश नहीं है। महाराष्ट्र का कॉउ मिल्क पाउडर भी वहां की कंपनियां निर्यातकों की लिवाली को देखकर और घटाकर माल बेचने से पीछे हट गई हैं।
