New Delhi, 28 September (NNS): The exports of both butter and desi ghee has increased to Egypt and other countries during the previous week. Since there is lack of arrival pressure in the plants and the peak season is still some time away, there is no downside pressure at the base level of desi ghee. The prices of desi ghee may increase after the stability in the prices and the prices may not show show downfall from the current level. Companies appear to have shifted from building butter stocks to selling their production. At the same time, stricter action against adulterated products has also increased demand for quality desi ghee. On seeing the upcoming festive demand, the prevailing price of Rs 9700/9900 per tin is unlikely to decline. Sample approved material of any brand is reportedly being supplied to confectioners at around Rs 8000/8100 per quintal.

देसी घी-फैट की भारी कमी

नई दिल्ली, 28 सितम्बर (एनएनएस) गत सप्ताह इजिप्ट के देशों को मक्खन एवं देशी घी के निर्यात में वृद्धि हो गई। प्लांटों में स्टॉक का प्रेशर बिल्कुल नहीं होने तथा पीक सीजन में अभी  समय बाकी है, इसे देखते हुए देसी घी की जड़ में मंदा नहीं है, कुछ दिन ठहर कर देसी घी यहां से बढ़ेगा ही, लेकिन जड़ में मंदा बिल्कुल नहीं है। हम मानते हैं कि कंपनियां मक्खन बनाकर स्टाक की बजाय बेचू आ गई हैं, इधर मिलावटी माल पर सख्ती के चलते भी बढ़ियां देसी घी की बिक्री बढ़ी हुई है। त्योहारों की मांग को देखकर वर्तमान के जो 9700/9900 रुपए देसी घी पूर्व भाव चल रहे हैं, इसमें घटने की गुंजाइश नहीं है। पर कंपनियां बोल रही है। सेंपल पास माल 8000/8100 रुपए के बीच किसी भी ब्रांड के हलुवाइयों को ठिकाना पहुंच बिक रहे हैं।

Milk Powder: Improvement in both export and domestic demand

New Delhi, 28 September (NNS): Although the average supply of raw milk to plants in areas such as Siyana, Meerut, Mohiuddinpur, Kasganj, Aligarh, Khurja, Kurukshetra, Pehowa, Palwal, Hodal, Harphala and Agra in North India increased to around 48 lakh litres. On the other hand, both domestic and export demand for milk powder showed improved trend. As a result, one or two companies have started quoting prices the prices up by Rs 5 per kg, while leading companies of UP are still selling at the previous rates, On seeing the trade in the markets, the prices gained by Rs 10 per kg. Generally, companies in Uttar Pradesh are also selling at higher internal rates. Under these circumstances, milk powder is now being sold by companies at Rs 315/328 per kg. In resale markets, some stockists are selling around Re 1 below company rates, but adequate quantities are not readily available.

दूध पाउडर-निर्यात एवं घरेलू मांग में सुधार

नई दिल्ली, 28 सितम्बर (एनएनएस) हालांकि गत उत्तर भारत के स्याना मेरठ मोहिउद्दीनपुर कासगंज अलीगढ़ खुर्जा के साथ-साथ कुरुक्षेत्र पिहोवा पलवल होडल हरफला आगरा आदि क्षेत्रों के प्लांटों में कच्चे दूध की आपूर्ति बढ़कर 48 लाख लीटर औसतन रही। उधर घरेलू एवं निर्यात दोनों ही मांग दूध पाउडर में सुधर गया है, जिससे एक-दो कंपनियां 5 रुपए प्रति किलो बढ़ाकर बोलने लगी, जबकि लीडर कंपनियां अभी पुराने भाव पर ही माल बेच रही हैं। बाजारों में व्यापार की कमी को देखकर अब 10 रुपए की तेजी बन गई है। जनरल तौर पर यूपी की कंपनियां भी अंदरूनी बढ़ा करके माल बेच रही है, इन परिस्थितियों में 315/328 रुपए प्रति किलो का दूध पाउडर कंपनियों का बिकने लगा है। रीसेल में कुछ स्टॉकिस्ट कंपनियों की अपेक्षा एक रुपए नीचे बेच रहे हैं, लेकिन प्रचुर मात्रा में माल नहीं मिल रहा है।
