New Delhi, 17 July (NNS): The production of both butter and desi ghee reported to be weak in the plants of North India. On the other hand, the season seems off and the prices of butter have been ruling at the higher level in the international markets, due to this, the demand has been started increasing, due to which, the premium quality desi ghee remained stable at Rs 9500/9750 per tin, whereas, the stock is being traded up by Rs 100 per quintal. On the other hand, the stock of adulterated desi ghee has been selling out rapidly in the markets and GC testing is important rather than the RM testing to control the adulteration, due to this reason, the sale of best quality desi ghee showed uptrend and the plants are running constantly. The prices of liquid milk rose to Rs 61/63 per litre during the last some days, due to this, the procurement of liquid milk showed uptrend. The temperature showed heavy increment from the last some days and the competitiveness in procurement showed uptrend in the shrawan month. Therefore, the prices of desi ghee may show uptrend during the near future.

देसी घी- मक्खन की कमी

नई दिल्ली, 17 जुलाई (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत के प्लांटों में मक्खन व देशी घी का उत्पादन अपेक्षाकृत काफी कम हो गया। उधर सीजन ऑफ एवं अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजारों में बटर के ऊंचे भाव होने से फिर से कंपनियों में मांग निकलने लगी है, जिसके चलते प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के देशी घी 9500/9750 रुपए प्रति टीन पर तेजी लिए टिके हुए हैं, जबकि बाजार में वही माल 100 रुपए नीचे बिक रहे हैं। दूसरी ओर मिलावटी देसी धड़ल्ले से सस्ते बिक रहे हैं, इसमें मिलावट को रोकने के लिए आर एम टेस्टिंग की बजाय गैस क्रोमेटोग्राफी (जीसी) एवं टीजी टेस्टिंग जरूरी है, इसी से मिलावट रुकेगी। जिस कारण बढ़िया देसी घी की बिक्री बढ़ गई है तथा प्लांट प्रेशर से चल रहे हैं। पिछले दिनों लिक्विड के भाव बढ़कर 61/63 रु प्रति लीटर हो गए हैं, जिससे लिक्विड दूध की खरीद बढ़ गई है। कुछ दिनों से मौसम का तापमान एवं उमस काफी बढ़ा हुआ है, आगे चलकर श्रावण में लिक्विड दूध की खरीद में प्रतिस्पर्धा बढ़ेगी। अत: दशी घी के भाव बढ़ सकते हैं।

Milk powder: no logic of downfall

New Delhi, 17 July (NNS): The production of milk powder reported to be weak in the plants and both the export and the upcountry demand has been started increasing, due to this, the prices of premium quality milk powder remained stable at Rs 310/328 per kg. The inferior quality stock of maltodextrin and whey powder also quoting at Rs 230/240 per kg. The consumption of liquid milk showed uptrend till the Amarnath yatra before the fortnight. Here, the consumption of milk powder showed uptrend owing to the increment in the temperature. The kawad yatra has been started, on seeing this, the prices of milk powder may show uptrend. Presently, the procurement of milk powder has been started increasing from the consuming industries and exporters because the stock of July shipments has been sold out in the markets.

दूध पाउडर-मंदे का लॉजिक नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 17 जुलाई (एनएनएस) प्लांटों में दूध पाउडर का उत्पादन घटने एवं निर्यात व चालानी मांग निकलने से प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के 310/328 रुपए प्रति किलो पर ठहर गये हैं। नीचे वाले माल्टोडेक्सट्रीन एवं वेपाउडर वाले माल 230/240 रुपए तक बोले गए। अमरनाथ यात्रा हेतु एक पखवाड़े से लिक्विड दूध की खपत बढ़ गई है। इधर तापमान बढ़ने से भी अधिक खपत में वृद्धि हुई। आगे श्रावणी कावड़ यात्रा बाबा बाबा बैजनाथ धाम की शुरू हो जाएगी उसमें खपत को देखते हुए दूध पाउडर में तेजी दिखाई दे रही है। वर्तमान भाव में खपत वाले उद्योगों की खरीद निकलने लगी है तथा निर्यातक भी माल पकड़ने लगे हैं, क्योंकि उनके माल जुलाई शिपमेंट के बिके हुए हैं।
