New Delhi, 30 June (NNS): The supply of raw milk declined to 60/62 lakh litres on daily basis in the plants of north India during the review week, due to which almost 355-360 metric tonnes of desi ghee reported to be produce regularly. Notably, the supply declined by 5 lakh litres in the whole week, due to this, the production of desi ghee dropped down to 28/30 tonnes. Apart from this, the companies are quoting down the prices of their stock by Rs 100 per kg because the government should have to stop the selling of fake desi ghee which is being produce with the adult rated butter. This stock is being available at Rs 5400/5500 per quintal, whereas, it is being traded at Rs 7000/7200 per quintal on the name of famous brands.

देसी घी-मिलावटी माल की बिक्री धड़ल्ले से

नई दिल्ली, 30 जून (एनएनएस) गत सप्ताह उत्तर भारत के प्लांटों में कच्चे दूध की आपूर्ति घटकर 60-62 लाख लीटर दैनिक रह गई, जिससे देसी घी का उत्पादन 355-360 मैट्रिक टन रह गया। गौरतलब है कि पूरे सप्ताह के अंतराल 5 लाख लीटर की आपूर्ति में कमी हो जाने से 28-30 टन देसी घी कम बना। इसके बावजूद भी कंपनियों के माल 100 रुपए प्रति किलो नीचे बिक रहे थे। इसका मुख्य कारण मिलावटी माल, जो नकली बटर से बनने लगा है। इस पर सरकार को अंकुश लगाना चाहिए। यह माल 5400/5500 रुपए प्रति टीन के पड़ते का बन रहा है, जबकि बाजार में आसानी से नामी गिरामी ब्रांडों के नाम से 7000/7200 रुपए में बिक रहा है।

Milk powder: no more downfall

New Delhi, 30 June (NNS): The supply of liquid milk reported to be weak in north India during the previous week, despite this, both the domestic and export demand seems sluggish, due to this, the prices of milk powder went down by Rs 5 per kg and the plants will likely to run after a long time. Whereas, the consumption of Shrawani demand showed uptrend, in these circumstances, there is no possibility of more downfall in the prices of milk powder. The cow milk powder of Maharashtra have not been selling at the lower level on seeing the buying from the exporters at the current level.

दूध पाउडर-अब मंदा समाप्त

नई दिल्ली, 30 जून (एनएनएस) गत सप्ताह उत्तर भारत में लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति घटने के बावजूद भी घरेलू व निर्यात मांग कमजोर पड़ने से दूध पाउडर के भाव 5 रुपए प्रति किलो घट गए तथा प्लांट चलने में अभी लंबा समय बाकी है, उधर श्रावणी त्यौहार के लिए खपत बढ़ जाएगी, इन परिस्थितियों को देखते हुए दूध पाउडर में और घटने की गुंजाइश नहीं है। महाराष्ट्र का कॉउ मिल्क पाउडर भी वहां की कंपनियां निर्यातकों की लिवाली को देखकर और घटाकर माल बेचने से पीछे हट गई हैं।
