New Delhi, 28 August (NNS): The stock of desi ghee reported to be unfavourable as per the consumption and the plants will likely to run after 10 days as per the capacity. The adulterated stock of desi ghee has been selling out rapidly in the markets and the availability of liquid milk also started increasing constantly. The shrawan demand has already been over and huge amount of poly pack stock also started consuming constantly from the consumers. Therefore, the new stock of desi ghee will likely to be produce soon, in this situation, the desi ghee of Rs 7600/8100 per quintal may decrease during the coming days.

देसी घी- मिलावटी माल की बिक्री धड़ल्ले से

नई दिल्ली, 28 अगस्त (एनएनएस) देसी घी का स्टॉक खपत के अनुरूप नहीं है तथा प्लांट क्षमता के अनुरूप चलने में केवल 10 दिन का और समय लगेगा। मिलावटी माल धड़ल्ले से बिक रहा है तथा लिक्विड दूध की उपलब्धि तेजी से बढ़ने लगी है, श्रावणी खपत समाप्त हो गई है एवं अन्य उपभोक्ताओं की खपत के लिए पॉलीपैक की भी पूर्ति प्रचुर मात्रा में होने लगी है। अत: देसी घी का उत्पादन अब जल्द से होगा, इस स्थिति में 7600/8100 रुपए प्रति टीन के देसी घी में मंदा लग रहा है।

Milk powder: profitable to sell the stock

New Delhi, 28 August (NNS): This year, appropriate amount of milk powder has not been available to the companies of North India due to the selling of the stock of Maharashtra at the current level. On the other hand, there, the milk powder of South India also being sold at the lower level and huge amount of milk powder of Maharashtra has been selling out in export at the lower level, in these circumstances, the stock of milk powder has been lying in the plants and to the stockists of North India, due to which, the milk powder also being quoted at the sluggish level of Rs 285/295 per kg. Here, its sale reported to be sluggish, due to which, the prices may show more downtrend. The availability of liquid milk may increase day by day, on seeing this; it is profitable to sell the stock at the current level during the coming days.

दूध पाउडर- स्टॉक बेचने में लाभ

नई दिल्ली, 28 अगस्त (एनएनएस) महाराष्ट्र के दूध पाउडर यहां आकर बिकने से इस बार उत्तर भारत की कंपनियों के पास दूध पाउडर का स्टॉक पर्याप्त मात्रा में है। वहीं दक्षिण भारत के दूध पाउडर भी वहां सस्ते बिक रहे हैं, महाराष्ट्र का दूध पाउडर सस्ता होने के चलते निर्यात में जा रहा है, इन परिस्थितियों में उत्तर भारत का दूध पाउडर प्लांटों व स्टॉकिस्टों के पास जमा हो गया है, जिससे भी दूध पाउडर के भाव 285/295 रुपए प्रति किलो पर सुस्त बोल रहे हैं, इधर बिक्री पूरी तरह ठप पड़ गई है, जिससे अब मंदा लग रहा है। आगे दिन प्रति दिन लिक्विड दूध की उपलब्धि बढ़ेगी, इसे देखते हुए अपना माल बेचते रहना चाहिए।
