New Delhi, 17 February (NNS): The production cost of desi ghee has been ruling at the higher level in wholesale after the decrement in the prices during the previous days, whereas, the liquid milk proces also gained by Rs 2 to Rs 60/62 per litre. The supply of liquid milk reduced from 25 lakh litres to 2.20/2.25 crore lites. Howeer, the availability of liquid milk reproted to be high as compared to the previous year, but  the market may not show downfall on seeing holi and weddings in the current month. The main thing is that the morale of the best manufactureres has broken downfal as the adulterated stock has been selling at the lower level. The aduterated stock of desi ghee has been selling out for the prasad in temples and the cemetries.

देसी घी-वर्तमान भाव में लाभदायक

नई दिल्ली, 17 फरवरी (एनएनएस) देसी घी के भाव थोक में पिछले दिनों घटने के बाद उत्पादन लागत महंगे होने से टिके हुए हैं, जबकि लिक्विड दूध के भाव दो दिनों में भी दो रु और बढ़कर 60/62 रु प्रति लीटर हो गए हैं। लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति 25 लाख लीटर घटकर 2.20/2.25 करोड़ लीटर रह गई है। हालांकि पिछले साल की अपेक्षा लिक्विड दूध की उपलब्धि अधिक है, लेकिन चालू महीने में शादियों एवं होली को देखकर मंदा नहीं लग रहा है। यह बात जरूर है कि मिलावटी देसी घी मंदे भाव में बिकने से बढ़िया निर्माताओं का मनोबल टूट गया है, यह मिलावटी देसी घी मंदिरों में चढ़ने वाले प्रसाद एवं श्मशान घाटों पर पर खपत हेतु खुलेआम बिक रहे हैं।

Milk powder: no uptrend in future

New Delhi, 17 February (NNS):Today, the companies are purchasing the stock after the increment of Re 1 per litre due to the weak supply of liquid milk from the last two days.The production of milk powder reported to be high in all the plants as compared to before. The extra consumption of liquid milk showed upternd in the previous week and the consumpiton of milk powder seems high for weddings, in these circumstances, the milk powder was being traded at Rs 310/323 per kg and there is no possibility of more downfall in the prices, even if there will be stability for some days. It is expected that the consumption may increase in the near future. Therefore, the trade will be profitable in furture.

दूध पाउडर-भविष्य में तेजी

नई दिल्ली, 17 फरवरी (एनएनएस) लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति दो दिन में कम होने से आज भी एक रुपए प्रति लीटर बढ़ाकर कंपनियों को खरीद करना पड़ा। सभी प्लांटों में दूध पाउडर का उत्पादन पहले की अपेक्षा बढ़ गया। पिछले सप्ताह में भी लिक्विड दूध की अतिरिक्त खपत बढ़ गई थी, आगे भी शादियों में दूध पाउडर की खपत बढ़ने वाली है, इन परिस्थितियों में जो दूध पाउडर 310/323 रुपए प्रति किलो के बीच बिक रहे हैं, इसमें घटने की गुंजाइश नहीं है, भले ही कुछ दिन ठहराव रह सकता है। आगे होली तक खपत और बढ़ने वाली है। अत: खुलकर व्यापार करना चाहिए।
