New Delhi, 28 October (NNS): The consumption of desi ghee has already been over. The supply of liquid milk has been started increasing constantly, due to this reason, the production of desi ghee also increasing rapidly. On the other hand, there will be no upcoming fast and big festival in the near future. Presently, the premium quality desi ghee also being traded at Rs 9700/9900 per quintal, whereas, the companies are quoting up the prices by Rs 100 per quintal.  The prices reached at its previous level due to the shortage of the stock after the consumption in tetra pack during chatt puja. The market will decrease after the delivery of the sold stock and there is no possibility of more downfall in the prices. This year, the supply of milk increased to 1.25 crore litres on daily basis due to the good rainfall.

देसी घी-उत्पादन में वृद्धि होने लगी

नई दिल्ली, 28 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) देसी घी में अन्य खपत समाप्त हो गई है। लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति प्लांट में बढ़ने लगी है, जिस वजह से देसी घी का उत्पादन बढ़ने लगा है। वहीं कोई बल्क में खपत वाला व्रत त्यौहार नहीं आने वाले हैं। वर्तमान में प्रीमियम क्वालिटी का देसी घी 9700/9900 रुपए प्रति टीन के बीच बिक रहा है, जबकि कंपनियां 100 रुपए ऊंचे भाव बाजार की अपेक्षा बोल रही है। टेट्रा पैक में छठ पूजा में खपत के बाद स्टाक की कमी से वहीं भाव पहुंच गए हैं, पहले के बिके मालों के डिलीवरी के बाद बाजार  घटने लगेगा तथा तेजी की बिल्कुल गुंजाइश नहीं है। इस बार अच्छी बरसात होने से वर्तमान में दूध की आपूर्ति बढ़कर सवा करोड़ लीटर दैनिक हो गई है।

Milk powder: demand has been decreasing

New Delhi, 28 October (NNS): The extra consumption of milk powder has already been over. The manufacturer companies have purchased the stock of milk powder after the downfall of Rs 58/60 per litre during the previous week, due to this reason, both the local and the upcountry demand reported to be sluggish, due to this, the prices of milk powder softened by Rs 5 per kg. In Delhi, the milk powder of Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu which was being sold at Rs 24/245 per kg, now, it is ruling at Rs 230/235 per kg. Most of the companies of North India are selling the stock of federation’s cow milk powder in packing, due to this, the fulfilment of the demand seems easy, in these circumstances, the milk powder which is being traded at Rs 300/310 per kg and the prices may decrease by Rs 10 per kg during the next two to four days.

दूध पाउडर- मांग घटने लगी

नई दिल्ली, 28 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) दूध पाउडर की अतिरिक्त खपत समाप्त हो गई है। पिछले सप्ताह निर्माता कंपनियों ने लिक्विड दूध घटाकर 58/60 रुपए प्रति लीटर के भाव खरीद किया, जिस कारण लोकल एवं चालानी मांग सुस्त पड़ने से दूध पाउडर में 5 रुपए की नरमी लिए व्यापार हुआ। महाराष्ट्र तमिलनाडु में जो दूध पाउडर दिल्ली पहुंच में 240/245 रुपए प्रति किलो बिक रहे थे, उसके बाद 230/235 रुपये में बेचू आने लगे हैं। उत्तर भारत में अधिकतर कंपनियां, फेडरेशन वाले काउ मिल्क पाउडर पैकिंग करके बेचने लगी हैं, जिससे यहां की पूर्ति सुगम हो गई है, इन परिस्थितियों में जो दूध पाउडर 300/310 रुपए प्रति किलो बिक रहा है, इसमें अगले दो-चार दिनों में 10 रुपए प्रति किलो की गिरावट आ सकती है।
