New Delhi, 03 February (NNS): The prices of desi ghee remained stable at the same level due to profit taking selling after uptrend in the wholesale prices during the previous days, whereas, the prices of liquid milk gained by Re 1 to Rs 56/58 per litre. The supply of liquid milk fell down by 10 lakh litres to 2.38/2.40 crore litre. However, the availability of liquid milk reported to be high as compared to the previous year, but the prices may not show downfall in the current month. The main thing is that the morale of the big manufacturers seems weak due to the downfall in the prices of adulterated stock. The adulterated stock has been selling out openly for the Prasad and cemeteries.

देसी घी-मिलावटी माल से परेशानी

नई दिल्ली, 3 फरवरी (एनएनएस) देसी घी के भाव थोक में पिछले दिनों बढ़ने के बाद प्रॉफिट टेकिंग से टिके हुए हैं, जबकि लिक्विड दूध के भाव कल भी एक रुपए बढ़कर 56/58 रुपए प्रति लीटर हो गए हैं। लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति 10 लाख लीटर घटकर 2.38/2.40 करोड़ लीटर रह गई है। हालांकि पिछले साल की अपेक्षा लिक्विड दूध की उपलब्धि अधिक है, लेकिन चालू महीने में शादियों को देखकर मंदा नहीं लग रहा है। यह बात जरूर है कि मिलावटी देसी घी मंदे भाव में बिकने से बढ़िया निर्माताओं का मनोबल टूट गया है, यह मिलावटी देसी घी मंदिरों में चढ़ने वाले प्रसाद एवं श्मशान घाटों पर पर खपत हेतु खुलेआम बिक रहे हैं।

Milk powder: uptrend in the near future

New Delhi, 03 February (NNS): The supply of liquid milk reported to be weak in the last two days, due to this, the companies are purchasing the stock after the increment of Re 1 per litre.  The production of milk powder showed uptrend as comparatively in all the plants. The extra consumption of liquid milk seems high in the previous week and the further consumption of  wedding may increase, in these circumstances, the prices of milk powder have been ruling between Rs 300/313 per kg and there is no possibility of more downfall and will remain stable at the same level. Its consumption may increase till holi. Therefore, the trade should be done at the current level.

दूध पाउडर-भविष्य में तेजी

नई दिल्ली, 3 फरवरी (एनएनएस) लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति दो दिन में कम होने से एक रुपए प्रति लीटर बढ़ाकर कंपनियों को खरीद करना पड़ा। सभी प्लांटों में दूध पाउडर का उत्पादन पहले की अपेक्षा बढ़ गया। पिछले सप्ताह में भी लिक्विड दूध की अतिरिक्त खपत बढ़ गई थी, आगे भी शादियों में दूध पाउडर की खपत बढ़ने वाली है, इन परिस्थितियों में जो दूध पाउडर 300/313 रुपए प्रति किलो के बीच बिक रहे हैं, इसमें घटने की गुंजाइश नहीं है, भले ही कुछ दिन ठहराव रह सकता है। आगे होली तक खपत और बढ़ने वाली है। अत: खुलकर व्यापार करना चाहिए।
