New Delhi, 14 October (NNS): In North India, the supply of liquid milk reported to be around 68/70 lakh litres per day. At current prices, competition among plants for liquid milk procurement has pushed purchase rates to Rs 64/5 per litre. Meanwhile, Houthi rebels have once again been carrying out attacks along maritime routes. Consumption and supply of liquid milk at chilling plants have both increased, and more plants are now operational. The Uttar Pradesh government has also imposed restrictions on adulterated milk products. As soon as demand for butter and desi ghee improves, prices may rise in the coming days. Notably, desi ghee production at plants remains relatively low because manufacturers are producing and stocking the stock of butter, while supplies are also being directed towards the sweets industry. Under these circumstances, the prices of desi ghee may not show more downfall during the near future.

देसी घी- ठहरकर और बढ़ेगा

नई दिल्ली, 14 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत के प्लांट में  लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति औसतन 68-70 लाख लीटर चल रही है, वर्तमान भाव पर लिक्विड दूध में प्लांटों की खरीद में प्रतिस्पर्धा से इसके भाव 64/65 रुपए प्रति लीटर में हो रही हैं। इधर एक बार फिर समुद्री मार्ग पर हूति विद्रोहियों द्वारा आक्रमण किया जा रहा है। इधर लिक्विड दूध की खपत एवं आपूर्ति दोनों चिलिंग प्लांटों में बढ़ गई है तथा और प्लांट अब चल रहे हैं। यूपी सरकार द्वारा मिलावटी दूध उत्पादों पर रोक लगा दिया है। बटर एवं देसी घी में मांग आते ही अगले आने वाले दिनों में उछल सकते हैं। गौरतलब है कि देसी घी प्लांटों में अपेक्षाकृत कम बन रहा है, क्योंकि निर्माता कंपनियां बटर बनाकर स्टॉक कर रही हैं तथा मिठाइयों की खपत में जा रहा है, इन परिस्थितियों में इसमें अभी मंदा नहीं है।

Milk Powder: No Logic of downfall from current level

New Delhi, 14 October (NNS): Although, the supply of liquid milk has increased by 13 percent from the powder plants as compared to the previous level and there is no apparent reason for milk powder prices to decline at present. The government has imposed a ban on the sale of adulterated products and has stated that licences will be cancelled if adulteration is detected. This is why, it is expected that the prices of milk powder may increase in future. Only good-quality products are expected to enter the market. Meanwhile, the production of beverages such as lassi, buttermilk and thandai has increased by 15 percent, as companies are finding these products economically viable. The demand reported to be constant from the restaurants amid a further decline in production. The restrictions imposed on commercial LPG cylinders had already been lifted by the government. As a result, both export and domestic demand showed improved trend. Companies may increase milk powder prices by Rs 10 per kg during the current month. In South India, milk powder prices are higher than they were during the corresponding period last year.

दूध पाउडर- अभी घटने का लॉजिक नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 14 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) यद्यपि लिक्विड दूध पाउडर की प्लांटों में आपूर्ति पहले की तुलना में 13 प्रतिशत बढ़ गई है। सरकार द्वारा मिलावटी की बिक्री पर रोक लगा दिया है तथा मिलावट पाए जाने पर लाइसेंस रद्द करने की बात कही गई है। यही कारण है कि दूध पाउडर में तेजी की संभावना बनी हुई है। बढ़िया माल ही बाजार में आएगा। इधर लस्सी छाछ ठंडाई सहित पेय पदार्थ बनाने का काम 15 प्रतिशत बढ़ गया है, क्योंकि कंपनियों को उक्त खाद्य पदार्थों में पड़ते लग रहे हैं। उत्पादन में और कमी को देखकर रेस्टोरेंटों की भी मांग बनी हुई है। सरकार द्वारा कमर्शियल सिलेंडर पर लगे प्रतिबंध पूर्व हटा दिए गए थे। यही कारण है कि निर्यात व घरेलू मांग भी सुधर गई है, जिससे चालू महीने में 10 रुपए प्रति किलो दूध पाउडर के भाव कंपनियां बढ़ा सकती हैं। साउथ में गत वर्ष की अपेक्षा दूध पाउडर के भाव ऊंचे चल रहे हैं।
