New Delhi, 22 September (NNS): Desi ghee is selling at an under rate of Rs 9600/9700 per tin in the markets, whereas, the companies are quoting it at Rs 9750/9900 per tin and the stockists are not buying the stock at the current level. The companies are now buying liquid milk at Rs 63/64 per litre, due to this, the prices will likely to remain high from here in October. Despite government action, adulteration is still taking place. Whereas, some sellers are making and selling adulterated ghee under different brand names.

देसी घी-शीघ्र बढ़ने की उम्मीद

नई दिल्ली, 22 सितम्बर (एनएनएस) देसी घी के भाव कंपनियों की अपेक्षा अंडर रेट में यहां 9600/9700 रुपए प्रति टीन पर बाजार में बिक रहे हैं, जबकि कंपनियां 9750/9900 रुपए तक ऊपर में बोल रही है, इन भावों में स्टॉकिस्ट नहीं आ रहे हैं। हालांकि अब लिक्विड दूध 63/64 रुपए प्रति लीटर में कंपनियों को खरीदना पड़ रहा है, इसलिए कुछ दिन बाद अक्टूबर में यहां से तेज रहेगा। इधर मिलावटी करने वाले सरकार की सख्ती के बावजूद भी बाज नहीं आ रहे हैं, किसी भी ब्रांड को बनाकर बेच दे रहे हैं।

Milk Powder:  Prices Are High in Overseas Markets

New Delhi, 22 September (NNS): The supply of liquid milk in North India seems unfavourable because of humid weather and the exports of skimmed milk powder have also increased, due to this, the companies are selling milk powder at higher prices. Now, the companies are quoting the prices of milk powder at Rs 320/333 per kg. Both the local demand and upcountry demand also reported to be good, due to this, prices are still firm because of higher production cost. On the other hand, the exporters are buying cow milk powder from South India at current prices. Notably, the milk powder of South India seems expensive and the delivery of the previous deals seems contant and the consumption will remain high in October, due to this, the prices may increase from here. The exports were affected by the recent war situation, but international prices have now increased, due to this, the loading showed improved trend from Maharashtra, in these circumstances, the prices of milk powder may increase by Rs 10 per kg.

दूध पाउडर-विदेशों में भाव ऊंचे

नई दिल्ली, 22 सितम्बर (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में उमस से लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति अनुकूल नहीं है एवं स्कीम्ड मिल्क पाउडर की निर्यात बढ़ने से कंपनियां मजबूत भाव में व्यापार कर रही है। कंपनियों द्वारा दूध पाउडर  320/333 रुपए प्रति किलो पर बोला जा रहा हैं। इस समय लोकल एवं चालानी मांग में अपेक्षाकृत अधिक है, इसलिए उत्पादन लागत महंगा होने से बाजार पूर्ववत ऊंचे भाव पर टिके हुए है। उधर निर्यातक दक्षिण भारत के काऊ मिल्क पाउडर वर्तमान भाव में खरीद कर रहे हैं। गौरतलब है कि इस बार दक्षिण भारत के दूध पाउडर महंगे चल रहे हैं, वहां पहले के सौदों की डिलीवरी चल रही है तथा अब अक्टूबर में खपत अधिक रहने वाली है, इसलिए यहां से और तेजी लग रही है। अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजारों में पिछले दिनों के युद्ध से निर्यात प्रभावित हुआ था, लेकिन वहां भाव बढ़ जाने से महाराष्ट्र के माल की लोडिंग सुधर गई हैं, इन परिस्थितियों में दूध पाउडर के भाव 10 रुपए बढ़ सकते हैं।
