New Delhi, 07 May (NNS): There is a shortage of liquid milk in North India, due to which, most of the plants have already been closed. On the other hand, the companies have increased the prices of desi ghee by Rs 150 to Rs 8900/9150 per tin during the previous days  because of the constant buying from the stockists. Here, the export demand of butter seems constant in the plants because its prices have been ruling at the higher level in the international markets, due to this reason, there is a shortage of desi ghee stock to the traders and in the plants. Apart from this, the old stock has already been sold out in the markets. Here, the consumption of desi ghee seems high in the weddings. Therefore, the market may show uptrend during the coming days.

देसी घी-150 रुपए और बढ़ेंगा

नई दिल्ली, 7 मई (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में लिक्विड दूध कमी बन गई है, जिससे अधिकतर प्लांट बंद हो गए हैं। दूसरी ओर स्टॉकिस्टों की लिवाली से पिछले दिनों कंपनियों ने 150 रुपये बढ़ाकर 8900/9150 रुपए प्रति टीन देसी घी के भाव कर दिए थे। इधर प्लांटों में बटर का निर्यात मांग बनी हुई है। इसका मुख्य कारण यह है कि अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजारों में भारतीय बटर के भाव तेज हो गए हैं। यही कारण है कि देसी घी का स्टॉक व्यापारियों एवं प्लांटों में कम है तथा पुराना माल पहले समाप्त हो गया है। इधर शादियों में भी देसी घी खपत बढ़ गई है। अत: आगे बाजार और तेज लग रहा है।

Milk powder: plants went under maintenance

New Delhi, 07 May (NNS): Presently, most of the plants are under maintenance as the prices of liquid milk have been ruling at the higher level. The upcountry demand of milk powder reported to be high from the companies, due to which, the prices of premium quality milk powder ascended to R s 325/335 per kg during the previous days. Now, there is a lack of arrival pressure of the stored stock. Here, the manufacturing companies are doing competitive buying of liquid milk at Rs 60/62 per litre. The manufacturing companies are now forced to give the incentives in the buying of best quality stock. The milk powder of South India has been available at the higher prices in the markets of North India as compared to before and the further wedding consumption will likely to remain high, in these circumstances, the market may likely to remain high during the near future.

दूध पाउडर-प्लांट मेंटिनेंस में गए

नई दिल्ली, 7 मई (एनएनएस) लिक्विड दूध के भाव ऊंचे होने से अधिकतर प्लांट पड़ते के अभाव में मेंटेनेंस में जा चुके हैं। दूध पाउडर में चालानी मांग कंपनियों से ज्यादा रही, जिससे प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के दूध पाउडर पिछले दिनों बढ़कर 325/335 रुपए प्रति किलो हो गए। अभी स्टॉक माल का प्रेशर नहीं बन पाया है। इधर प्लांटों को क्वालिटी अनुसार लिक्विड दूध, निर्माता कंपनियों को 60/62 रुपए प्रति लीटर में प्रतिस्पर्धात्मक खरीदना पड़ रहा है। निर्माता कंपनियों को अभी बढ़िया दूध की खरीद में इंसेंटिव बढ़ाकर देना पड़ रहा है। दक्षिण भारत के दूध पाउडर उत्तर भारत की मंडियों में पहले की अपेक्षा ऊंचे भाव में पड़ रहे हैं तथा आगे शादियों में खपत जबरदस्त रहेगी, इन सबसे और तेजी की धारणा बन गई है।
