New Delhi, 22 January (NNS): It is expected that the consumption of desi ghee may increase till holi because of the higher amount of weddings on basant panchmi and the wedding season will remain constant till February, but the sold stock has been starting delivering in between the uptrend in the prices during the previous days and the production also increasing constantly in the plants. The production of liquid milk increased by 10 lakh litres during the last two days, due to this, the manufacturing companies started selling out their stock. Presently, the companies are quoting the prices at Rs 8800/8925 per tin, but the stock has been selling at an under in the markets, due to this reason, the arrival pressure of the stock may increase during the coming days.

देसी घी-ठहरकर तेजी आएगी

नई दिल्ली, 22 जनवरी (एनएनएस) हम मानते हैं कि देसी घी की खपत होली तक और बढ़ जाएगी, क्योंकि कल बसंत पंचमी को बेबुझ साया है तथा आगे भी पूरी फरवरी जबरदस्त शादियां हैं, लेकिन पिछले दिनों की आई तेजी में माल की डिलीवरी हो चुकी है तथा उत्पादन भी प्लांटों में लगातार बढ़ रहा है। गत 2 दिनों के अंतराल लिक्विड दूध में फिर से 10 लाख लीटर की वृद्धि हो गई है, जिससे निर्माता कंपनियां विकवाल आने लगी है। वर्तमान में कंपनियां 8800/8925 रुपए प्रति टीन बोल रही है, लेकिन बाजार में अंडर रेट माल बिक रहा है, जिस कारण कहीं ना कहीं एक बार फिर प्रेशर बन गया है।

Milk powder: will remain stable for some days

New Delhi, 22 January (NNS): The supply of raw milk improved to 2.5 crore litres from the last two days in the markets of North India because the sale of milk powder seems weak, due to this, the companies have purchased the stock after the decrement of Re 1 to Rs 54/55 per litre on seeing its weak sale, due to this reason, the stockists are not purchasing the stock at the current rates. Therefore, it is expected that the prices may increase after some days. Presently, the prices may not decrease from Rs 2958/308, but it is profitable to purchase the stock at the current level during the near future.

दूध पाउडर-कुछ दिन ठहराव रहेगा

नई दिल्ली, 22 जनवरी (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में कच्चे दूध की आपूर्ति 2 दिन से फिर सुधर कर ढाई करोड़ लीटर हो गई है, क्योंकि दूध पाउडर की बिक्री सुस्त पड़ने से कंपनियों ने एक रुपया प्रति लीटर घटाकर 54/55 रुपए तक खरीद किया है, जिस कारण स्टॉकिस्ट भी माल लेने से पीछे हट गए हैं। अत: दूध पाउडर में कुछ दिन ठहराव के बाद ही तेजी बन पाएगी। वर्तमान भाव 295/308 रुपए में घटने की गुंजाइश नहीं है, लेकिन इन भावों में  मुनाफा भी लेते रहना चाहिए।
