The consumption of both milk and desi ghee showed uptrend. Apart from this, the consumption of desi ghee will likely to remain constant, due to this, there is no need to sell the stock in the panic situation. Presently, the prices of premium quality desi ghee have been quoting at Rs 8800/9050 per quintal. Now, the prices may not show downfall during the near future.

नई दिल्ली, 24 जुलाई (एनएनएस) अभी मानसून सीजन करीब आधा ही बीता है। इसलिए फिलहाल दुधारू पशुओं का ब्यांत भी शुरू नहीं हुआ है। दूध एवं देशी घी की खपत बढ़ जाए, अभी देसी घी खपत रहेगी, इसलिए घबराकर माल काटने की भी जरूरत नहीं है। वर्तमान भाव के देशी घी 8800/9050 रुपए प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के ठीक लग रहे हैं। अभी मंदा इस नहीं आएगा।

Milk powder: no uptrend

The milk powder of South India has been selling at the sluggish rates as comparatively. There, the milk powder demand of exporters have been fulfilling from the ports, in these circumstances, the prices of milk powder may show downfall. There is a panic situation in the trade of milk powder after the decrement of Rs 15 per kg because the stock of milk powder has been available at the reasonable prices to the companies of South India.

दूध पाउडर-फिलहाल तेजी नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 24 जुलाई (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में कांवड़ यात्रा खत्म होने के बाद से लिक्विड दूध की खपत में थोड़ी कमी आने की आशंका है। देवघर और उसके आसपास के क्षेत्रों में हालांकि अभी कांवड़ यात्रा चल रही है और यह यात्रा पूरे सावन महीने चलती है। दक्षिण भारत के दूध पाउडर तुलनात्मक रूप से सस्ते बिक रहे हैं। वहां के दूध पाउडर में पोर्ट से निर्यातकों की जरूरत पूरी होने लगी है, इन सारी परिस्थितियों में वर्तमान भाव के दूध पाउडर में आगे घटने की संभावना है। पिछले दिनों के 15 रुपए घटने के बाद थोड़ी घबराहट है, क्योंकि इससे नीचे का पड़ता दक्षिण भारत की कंपनियों को लग रहा है।
