New Delhi, 18 December (NNS): Today, the upcountry demand of milk powder showed improved trend because the stock of Southern parts are selling at the higher rates. However, the availability of liquid milk reported to be high due to the downfall in the temperature and it is expected that the production of milk powder may increase in the plants during the current month and the milk powder of South India has been ruling at the upper level, due to this, the exporters of North India also taking enquiries at the current rates. Presently, the companies are selling the old premium quality stock of milk powder at Rs 275/293 per kg due to the increment in the production. It is expected that the prices may not show downfall in the near future.

दूध पाउडर-घटने की गुंजाइश नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 18 दिसम्बर (एनएनएस) आज दूध पाउडर में चालानी मांग सुधर गई क्योंकि साउथ के दूध पाउडर इस बार महंगे बिक रहे हैं। हालांकि मौसम का तापमान गिरने से लिक्विड दूध की उपलब्धि और बढ़ गई है तथा संभावना यह है कि चालू माह में प्लान्टों दूध पाउडर के उत्पादन में और वृद्धि हो जाएगी, तथापि दक्षिण भारत के दूध पाउडर महंगे होने से उत्तर भारत के दूध पाउडर में निर्यातकों की पूछ परख बढ़ गई है। फिलहाल उत्पादन बढ़ने से कंपनियों ने दूध पाउडर के भाव पुराने मंदे भाव पर प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के भाव 275/293 रुपए प्रति किलो टिके हुए हैं। निकट भविष्य में मंदी नहीं लग रही है।

Desi ghee: prices may decrease intermittently

New Delhi, 18 December (NNS): The supply of liquid milk reported to be around 2.50 crore litres on daily basis in North India during the current week, due to this reason, huge amount of stock has been consuming gin the plants of desi ghee and the chilling plants. Apart from this, most of the plants have been started running. The prices of liquid milk also ruling at Rs 52/54 per litre, due to this reason, the companies are quoting the down the prices of desi ghee by Rs 300 to Rs 8600/8850 per tin in the current week. Here, the premium quality desi ghee also ruling between Rs 8500/8800 per tin. The adulterated stock has been selling out rapidly in the markets, in these circumstances, the pricesmay decrease after some time.

देसी घी-थोड़ा रूककर और मंदा आएगा

नई दिल्ली, 18 दिसम्बर (एनएनएस) चालू सप्ताह में उत्तर भारत में लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति 2.50 करोड़ लीटर दैनिक पर पहुंच गई है, जिस कारण लिक्विड दूध की खपत चिलिंग प्लांटों एवं देशी घी प्लांटों में प्रचुर मात्रा में हो रही है तथा अधिकतर प्लांट फुल फ्लैश चलने लगे हैं। लिक्विड दूध के भाव भी 52/54 रुपए प्रति लीटर रह गए हैं। इस वजह से चालू सप्ताह में कंपनियों में 300 रुपए प्रति टीन घटकर देशी घी के भाव 8600/8850 रुपए प्रति टीन पर मंदे आ गए हैं। यहां प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के देसी घी 8500/8800 रुपए प्रति टीन के बीच बिकने लगे हैं। मिलावटी माल भी धड़ल्ले से बिक रहे हैं, इन परिस्थितियों में अभी कुछ दिन ठहर कर और मंदे की उम्मीद दिखाई दे रही है।
