New Delhi, 17 November (NNS): The supply of liquid milk reported to be around 1.75 crore litres on daily basis in the last week, due to which, the production of desi ghee rose to 1175/1200 tonnes in North India. On the other hand, the adulterated stock of desi ghee has been selling out at the current level, due to this reason, the sale of best quality desi ghee showed downfall. Presently, both the confectioners and the caterers are purchasing the stock because it has been available at the higher level. Here, no consuming festival will likely to arrive in the near future, due to this reason, the companies have went down by Rs 150 per tin by the companies and its prices also went down by Rs 300 to Rs 9400/9600 per quintal in the first day of the week, in these circumstances, the trade should be done as per the needs.

देसी घी-आज भी 300 रुपए टूटे

नई दिल्ली, 17 नवम्बर (एनएनएस) गत सप्ताह के अंत में लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति बढ़कर पौने 2 करोड़ लीटर दैनिक के नजदीक पहुंच गई, जिससे उत्तर भारत में देसी घी का उत्पादन बढ़कर 1175-1200 टन दैनिक हो गया। दूसरी ओर मिलावटी देशी घी अभी धड़ल्ले से बिक रहे हैं, जिस कारण बढ़िया देसी घी की बिक्री घट गई है। हलवाई तथा कैटरिंग वाले मिलावटी देसी घी की खरीद कर रहे हैं, क्योंकि उसमें उनको पड़ता लग रहा है। इधर अतिरिक्त व्रत त्यौहार निकट में नहीं है, जिस कारण कंपनियों ने पिछले सप्ताह 150 रुपए प्रति टीन सप्ताह के अंत में घटा दिए तथा आज सप्ताह के पहले दिन ही 300 रुपए घटाकर 9400/9600 रुपए प्रति टीन कर दिए, इन परिस्थितियों को देखते हुए, इसमें जरूरत का ही व्यापार करना चाहिए।

Milk powder: should trade at the current level

New Delhi, 17 November (NNS): The prices of milk powder may decrease by Rs 1/2 per kg as per the quality due to the higher supply of liquid milk during the last week, due to which, the prices,  the prices of reduced by Rs 10 to Rs 295/305 per kg in the second half of the week. The reality is that the selling of the stock seems constant in these prices from the stockists and the production of the stock has been started increasing as compared to the consumption, in these circumstances, the manufacturing companies have been started increasing and the other thing is that the selling of milk powder seems high during the previous week, on seeing this, the trade should not be done at the higher level. The stock should be store after some time because there is no risk in the trade at the current level during the near future.

दूध पाउडर-खरीदने बेचते रहिए

नई दिल्ली, 17 नवम्बर (एनएनएस) गत सप्त लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति बढ़ने से एक-दो रुपए क्वालिटी अनुसार दूध में मंदा रहा है, जिसके चलते दूध पाउडर के भाव भी सप्ताह के उत्तरार्ध में 10 रुपए घटकर 295/305 रुपए प्रति किलो रह गए। वास्तविकता यह है कि इन भावों में स्टॉकिस्टों की बिकवाली बनी रही है तथा शादियों की खपत की तुलना में उत्पादन बढ़ने लगा है, इस स्थिति में निर्माता कंपनियां भी बेचने लगी है तथा दूसरी बात साउथ वाले दूध पाउडर पिछले सप्ताह अधिक बिकवाल आ गए, इसे देखते हुए अभी तेजी का व्यापार नहीं करना चाहिए। स्टॉक के लिए कुछ दिन इंतजार करना ठीक रहेगा, क्योंकि इन भावों में अभी रिस्क दिखाई दे रहा है।
