New Delhi, 05 December (NNS): Presently, around 1.25 crore litres of liquid milk has been supplied on daily basis, due to which, the prices of both desi ghee and butter has remained under pressure. Now, around 600/625 tonnes of desi ghee reported to be produced in the plants of North India. Presently, the premium quality desi ghee is being traded at Rs 7800/8250 per quintal as per the brand. Here, it is expected that the market may decrease because the supply of liquid milk seems high and its prices decreased by Rs 2/3 per litre and there is no competition buying. However, the export of butter seems constant for the countries of Egypt, but the market may decrease on seeing the production.

देसी घी-कुछ और घटने के आसार

नई दिल्ली, 5 दिसम्बर (एनएनएस) लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ती उत्तर भारत के प्लान्टों  में सवा करोड़ लीटर दैनिक होने लगी है, जिस कारण देशी घी व बटर दोनों के भाव कुछ दबे हुए हैं। इस समय उत्तर भारत के प्लांटों में देसी घी का उत्पादन 600/625 टन दैनिक हो रहा है। वर्तमान में देसी घी के भाव 7800/8250 रुपए प्रति टीन के बीच प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के ब्रांड रेपुटेशन के अनुसार चल रहे हैं। यहां बाजार अभी और घट सकता है, क्योंकि लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति बढ़ी है तथा प्रति लीटर भाव दो-तीन रुपए घटे हैं, साथ ही साथ खरीद में कुछ प्रतिस्पर्धा कम हुई है। हालांकि बटर का निर्यात इजिप्ट के देशों के लिए लगातार हो रहा है, लेकिन उत्पादन को देखकर थोड़ा मंदा लग रहा है।

Milk powder: should purchase after sometime

New Delhi, 05 December (NNS): The supply of milk powder and whey powder reported to be sluggish, due to this, the companies have purchased the stock of liquid milk after declining Rs 2 per litre during the last some days. There will be no weddings during the coming one month, whereas, it is expected that the production of milk powder may increase and the federation of Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and Maharashtra have been started selling their stock at the sluggish prices. Here, the butter of Gujarat cooperatives also being traded at the sluggish prices, in these circumstances, the prices may decrease by Rs 10 per kg. Therefore, it is profitable to purchase the stock after sometime.

दूध पाउडर-अभी रुक कर खरीदिए

नई दिल्ली, 5 दिसम्बर (एनएनएस) दूध पाउडर एवं वे पाउडर की बिक्री काफी ठंडी पड़ जाने से लिक्विड दूध के भाव भी गत दिनों में 2 रुपए प्रति लीटर घटाकर कंपनियों ने खरीद किया है। अब आगे एक महीने तक शादियां बंद रहेगी, दूसरी ओर दूध पाउडर का उत्पादन बढ़ेगा तथा तमिलनाडु कर्नाटक महाराष्ट्र  फेडरेशन भी नरम करके माल बेचने लगे हैं। इधर गुजरात कोआपरेटिव के बटर भी मंदे हो गए हैं, इन परिस्थितियों में 10 रुपए प्रति किलो की गिरावट लग रही है। अत: स्टॉक के लिए कुछ दिन ठहरकर ही माल लेना लाभदायक रहेगा।
