New Delhi, 17 December (NNS): Presently, around 1.5 crore litres of liquid milk reported to be supply in the plants of North India on daily basis, due to this reason, the prices of both desi ghee and butter have remained under pressure. Now, almost 620/635 tonnes of desi ghee has been produces regularly in the plants of North India. Presently, the premium quality desi ghee is being traded at Rs 7800/8200 per quintal. Here, the market may show downfall because the supply of liquid milk increases and its prices fell down by Rs 2/3 per litre and there will be no buying competition as comparatively.  The export of butter reported to be weak for the Egypt countries, whereas, the prices may show downfall on seeing the production.

देसी घी-कुछ और घटने के आसार

नई दिल्ली, 17 दिसम्बर (एनएनएस) लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ती उत्तर भारत के प्लान्टों  में डेढ़ करोड़ लीटर दैनिक होने लगी है, जिस कारण देशी घी व बटर दोनों के भाव कुछ दबे हुए हैं। इस समय उत्तर भारत के प्लांटों में देसी घी का उत्पादन 620/635 टन दैनिक हो रहा है। वर्तमान में देसी घी के भाव 7800/8200 रुपए प्रति टीन के बीच प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के ब्रांड रेपुटेशन के अनुसार चल रहे हैं। यहां बाजार अभी और घट सकता है, क्योंकि लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति बढ़ी है तथा प्रति लीटर भाव दो-तीन रुपए घटे हैं, साथ ही साथ खरीद में कुछ प्रतिस्पर्धा कम हुई है। बटर का निर्यात इजिप्ट के देशों के लिए कुछ कम होने लगा है, उधर उत्पादन को देखकर थोड़ा मंदा लग रहा है।

Milk powder: no possibility to increase

New Delhi, 17 December (NNS): The companies have reduced the prices of liquid milk by Rs 3 to Rs 48/50 per litre as the sale of both whey powder and milk powder seems feeble. Now, there will be no weddings during the coming month, whereas, the production  of milk powder may show uptrend and the federations of Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and Maharashtra have been started selling their stock at the weak prices. Here, the butter stock of Gujarat cooperatives also being sell at the lower level, in these circumstances, the prices may decrease by Rs 10 per kg. Therefore, it is profitable to store the stock after some time.

दूध पाउडर- तेजी की गुंजाइश नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 17 दिसम्बर (एनएनएस) दूध पाउडर एवं वे पाउडर की बिक्री काफी ठंडी पड़ जाने से लिक्विड दूध के भाव भी 4 दिनों में 3 रुपए प्रति लीटर घटाकर कंपनियों ने 48/50 रुपए प्रति लीटर में खरीद किया है। अब आगे एक महीने तक शादियां बंद रहेगी, दूसरी ओर दूध पाउडर का उत्पादन अभी बढ़ेगा तथा तमिलनाडु कर्नाटक महाराष्ट्र  फेडरेशन भी घटाकर माल बेचने लगे हैं। इधर गुजरात कोआपरेटिव के बटर भी मंदे हो गए हैं, इन परिस्थितियों में 10 रुपए प्रति किलो की और गिरावट लग रही है। अत: स्टॉक के लिए ठहरकर ही माल लेना लाभदायक रहेगा।
