New Delhi, 27 January (NNS): The stock of butter has been available in all the plants as compared to the same period of the previous year  and the collection of milk seems competitive for the production, due to this reason, the prices of liquid milk gained by Re 1 per litre. The full fledged plants have been started running. The companies have gained the prices by Rs 150 per tin and the companies have increased the prices of premium quality stock by Rs 150per quintal. Now, the stock of desi ghee also being available at Rs 9000/9225 per tin. It is profitable to trade at the current level in these prices on seeing the wedding consumption. Now, the trade of stored stock will be profitable. The companies have been storing the stock of butter at the current level.

देसी घी-अभी और तेजी संभव

नई दिल्ली, 27 जनवरी (एनएनएस) बटर का स्टॉक सभी प्लांटों में गत वर्ष की समान अवधि के लगभग बराबर ही है तथा उत्पादन हेतु दूध के कलेक्शन में प्रतिस्पर्धा बनी हुई है, जिस कारण लिक्विड दूध के भाव एक रुपए प्रति लीटर और बढ़ गए। प्लांट फुल फ्लैश चलने लगे हैं। पिछले सप्ताह भी कंपनियों ने 150 रुपए प्रति टीन देसी घी के भाव बढ़ा दिए। तथा कल 26 जनवरी के दिन भी 150 रुपए प्रतिदिन कंपनियों में प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के भाव बढ़ा दिए। अब देसी घी के भाव 9000/9225 रुपए प्रति टीन हो गए है। आगे शादियों की खपत को देखते हुए इन भावों में भी व्यापार करना चाहिए। अब स्टॉक का व्यापार लाभदायक लग रहा है। मक्खन का स्टाक कंपनियां पर कर रही हैं।

Milk powder: uptrend due to the export demand

New Delhi, 27 January (NNS): In the international markets, the prices of milk powder gained by $25/30 per tonne due to the lack of export demand during the review week. The reality is that the inferior quality stock has been selling out in Manila, Bangladesh, Oman and Nepal, due to this reason, here also, the domestic companies are quoting up the prices by Rs 10 per quintal. The cow milk powder of South India has been selling at Rs 285/290 per kg in the markets of North India. The milk powder of North India which was being traded at Rs 300/313 per kg, but  now, it is ruling at Rs 310/318 per kg and it is expected that the prices may increase during the coming days. Here, the milk powder of Maharashtra and Gujarat’s federation also selling at the higher level in full January.

दूध पाउडर-निर्यात मांग से और तेजी

नई दिल्ली, 27 जनवरी (एनएनएस) गत सप्ताह दूध पाउडर में निर्यात का समर्थन मिलने से विदेशी बाजारों में इसके भाव 25-30 डॉलर प्रति टन और बढ़ गए। वास्तविकता यह है कि मनीला बांग्लादेश ओमान एवं नेपाल में हल्के माल इस समय जाने लगे हैं। जिस कारण यहां भी 10 रुपए बढ़ाकर घरेलू कंपनियां बोलने लगी हैं। दक्षिण भारत का कॉउ मिल्क पाउडर उत्तर भारत की मंडियों में आकर 285/290 रुपए प्रति किलो आकर बिक रहा है। उत्तर भारत की कंपनियों का जो दूध पाउडर 300/313 रुपए बिक रहा था, उसके भाव 310/318 रुपए प्रति किलो हो गए। इसमें और तेजी लग रही है। इधर महाराष्ट्र एवं गुजरात फेडरेशन के दूध पाउडर फुल जनवरी महंगे बिके हुए हैं।
