New Delhi, 12 May (NNS): The export of butter showed expected uptrend in the previous week. On the other hand, the consumption of liquid milk may show uptrend in the summer season. Here, the prices of desi ghee also expected to be increase on seeing the lack of butter stock in the plants. Therefore, the prices may jump by Rs 200 per tin. The availability liquid milk and fats in it has been started decreasing after March. The trade will likely to be good on seeing the export of butter and further consumption.

देसी घी-और तेजी की उम्मीद

नई दिल्ली, 12 मई (एनएनएस) गत सप्ताह में बटर का निर्यात भी अपेक्षाकृत और बढ़ा हुआ था। दूसरी ओर गर्मी में लिक्विड दूध की खपत में और वृद्धि की संभावना प्रबल हो गई है। इधर प्लांटों में बटर की कमी होने से देसी घी में तेजी का रुख बना हुआ है। अत: अब यहां से और 200 रुपए प्रति टीन बढ़ने की गुंजाइश है। लिक्विड दूध की उपलब्धि एवं उसमें फैट्स की मात्रा मार्च के बाद से ज्यादा घटने लगी है। आगे खपत व बटर के निर्यात को देखते हुए दूरगामी परिणाम बहुत बढ़िया रहने वाला है।

Milk powder: uptrend after some time

New Delhi, 12 May (NNS): .There supply of liquid milk reduced to 70/72 lakh litres regularly in the plants during the previous week from which, the production is around 550/560 tonnes daily. The prices of liquid milk went up by Rs 3 to Rs 61/62 per litres in the previous week. The export demand seems favourable, due to this, the stock of milk powder is being available at Rs 325/335 per kg. Here, the cow milk powder of South India is being traded between Rs 280/290 per kg as per the quality. The cow milk powder of south India has been selling out for the gulf countries including Manila, Oman and Bangladesh.

दूध पाउडर-अभी ठहर कर तेजी

नई दिल्ली, 12 मई (एनएनएस) गत सप्ताह लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति पाउडर प्लांटों में घटकर 70-72 लाख लीटर दैनिक रह गई, जिसमें दूध पाउडर का उत्पादन 550-560 टन दैनिक हुआ। लिक्विड दूध के भाव भी पिछले सप्ताह में 3 रुपया बढ़कर 61-62 रुपए प्रति लीटर हो गये। निर्यात मांग भी अनुकूल होने से दूध पाउडर के भाव 325/335 रुपए प्रति किलो पर ज्यादा माल नहीं दे रही हैं। दक्षिण भारत के कॉउ मिल्क पाउडर भी वहां 280/290 रुपए प्रति किलो के बीच क्वालिटी अनुसार बिक रहे हैं। महाराष्ट्र एवं तमिलनाडु से काऊ मिल्क पाउडर का निर्यात मनीला ओमान बंगला देश सहित खाड़ी के देशों के लिए हो रहा है।
