New Delhi, 18 September (NNS): The production of desi ghee reported to be weak in the running companies due to the shortage of butter stock in the producing plants of North India, due to which, the companies have increased the premium quality stock of desi ghee by Rs 450 to Rs 9800/10050 per tin in the previous week. The prices of desi ghee may show downfall as the GST reduced from 12 to 5 percent because the companies are doing billing of 5 percent GST from Monday. On the other hand, the adulterated stock of desi ghee has been selling at the higher level, but the demand of best quality desi ghee also started increasing for Navratri and the plants will likely to run after Diwali. Therefore, it will affect the GST, after this, the demand may increase. The prices of liquid milk may rose to 62/64 per litre during the previous days. The manufacturing companies have increased the collection of liquid milk from the last two days, due to this reason, the prices of the desi ghee may show uptrend. The demand seems unfavourable in the markets. The prices of desi ghee may show strong trend despite the lack of demand owing to the lack of fats in the plants.

देसी घी-भविष्य में मंदा संभव

नई दिल्ली, 18 सितम्बर (एनएनएस) यद्यपि उत्तर भारत के उत्पादक प्लांटों में मक्खन की कमी होने से जो कंपनियां चल रही है, उनमें भी उत्पादन कम हो रहा है, जिसके चलते कंपनियों ने गत सप्ताह के अंतराल 450 रुपए प्रति टीन तक बढ़ाकर प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के देशी घी 9800/10050 रुपए प्रति टीन बोलने लगे हैं। आगे जीएसटी 12 से घटाकर 5 प्रतिशत कर दिए जाने से देसी घी में मंदा लग रहा है, क्योंकि कंपनियां सोमवार से 5 प्रतिशत जीएसटी की बिलिंग करने लगेगी। दूसरी ओर मिलावटी देसी धड़ल्ले से बिक रहे हैं, लेकिन बढ़िया देसी घी की मांग नवरात्रि के लिए निकलने लगी है तथा प्लांट प्रेशर से चलने में दिवाली बीत जाएगी। अत: कुछ दिन जीएसटी का प्रभाव रहेगा। उसके बाद  फिर अकड़ बन जाएगी। पिछले दिनों लिक्विड के भाव बढ़ कर 62-64 रुपए प्रति लीटर हो गए हैं, पिछले दो दिनों से लिक्विड दूध का कलेक्शन निर्माता कंपनियों ने बढ़ा दिया है, जिस कारण देसी घी में लागत बढ़ जाने से तेजी  बरकरार  है। बाजारों में ग्राहकी अनुकूल नहीं है। प्लांटों में फैट की कमी से ग्राहकी के अभाव के बावजूद देसी घी  अभी मजबूत चल रहे है।

Milk powder: no downfall for some days

New Delhi, 18 September (NNS): The prices of milk powder have been ruling at the strong level due to the consumption of Dusshera and Diwali, due to its effect, the companies of South India are quoting the prices of ex-godown at the higher level, due to this reason, the cow milk powder also ruling at Rs 235/240 per kg which is being traded at Rs 250/255 per kg in the markets of North India. Presently, the consumption of ashwin and kartik seems constant, on seeing this, the prices may gain by Rs 10 per kg. Here also, the manufacturing companies are quoting the prices at Rs 315/325 per kg.

दूध पाउडर-अभी कुछ दिन मंदा नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 18 सितम्बर (एनएनएस) दशहरा दिवाली की खपत के चलते दूध पाउडर के भाव मजबूत  चल रहे हैं। इसके प्रभाव से दक्षिण भारत की कंपनियां निर्यात में एक्स गोदाम कुछ मजबूत बोलने लगी है, जिस कारण काऊ दूध पाउडर के भाव वहां 235/240 रुपए किलो रुपए प्रति किलो हो गए हैं जो उत्तर भारत की मंडियों में आकर 250/255 रुपए पहुंच में बिक रहे हैं। इस समय आश्विन व कार्तिक की खपत चल रही है, इसे देखते हुए अभी 10 रुपए की और चाल बन सकती है। यहां भी निर्माता कंपनियों के घर में 315/325 रुपए किलो का दूध पाउडर एट पार में बन रहा है।
