New Delhi, 14 September (NNS):The production of both butter and desi ghee showed downfall in the plants of North India during the review week. On the other hand, the prices of butter have been ruling at the higher level in the international markets and the season seems off, due to this, the demand has been started increasing in the companies, due to this, the prices of premium quality milk powder remained stable at Rs 9700/9900 per quintal, whereas, it is being traded after the decrement of Rs 100 per quintal. However, the sale of adulterated stock of desi ghee seems weak and the GC testing is important rather then the RM testing to control the adulteration along with the government’s strictness, due to this, the adulteration may stops, due to this, the sale of best quality desi ghee showed uptrend and there is a lack of arrival pressure in the plants. The prices of liquid milk powder remained at Rs 62/63 per litre during the lastg some days, due to this, the procurement of liquid milk showed uptrend. The temperature and the moisture seems high from the last some days. Therefore, the prices may not show more downfall during the coming days.

देसी घी-अभी व्यापार में रिस्क नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 14 सितम्बर (एनएनएस) गत सप्ताह उत्तर भारत के प्लांटों में मक्खन व देशी घी का उत्पादन अपेक्षाकृत काफी कम हो गया। उधर सीजन ऑफ एवं अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजारों में बटर के ऊंचे भाव होने से फिर से कंपनियों में मांग निकलने लगी है, जिसके चलते 75 रुपए और बढ़कर प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के देशी घी 9700/9900 रुपए प्रति टीन पर तेजी लिए टिके हुए हैं, जबकि बाजार में वही माल 100 रुपए नीचे बिक रहे हैं। हालांकि मिलावटी देसी घी की बिक्री में मामूली कमी महसूस हो रही है, सरकारी सख्ती के साथ-साथ मिलावट को रोकने के लिए आर एम टेस्टिंग की बजाय गैस क्रोमेटोग्राफी (जीसी) एवं टीजी टेस्टिंग जरूरी है, इसी से मिलावट रुकेगी। जिस कारण बढ़िया देसी घी की बिक्री बढ़ गई है तथा प्लांटों में प्रेशर नहीं है। पिछले दिनों लिक्विड के भाव बढ़कर 62/63 रुपए प्रति लीटर हो गए हैं, जिससे लिक्विड दूध की खरीद बढ़ गई है। कुछ दिनों से मौसम का तापमान एवं उमस काफी बढ़ा हुआ है। अत: दशी घी में अभी मंदा नहीं है।

Milk powder: consumption will remain high in the current week

New Delhi, 14 September (NNS):The prices of premium quality milk powder gained by Rs 5 to Rs 320/333 per kg due to the increased export and the upcountry demand along with the downfall in the production in the plants during the review week. The inferior quality stock of maltodextrin and wheypowder also being quoted at Rs 240/250 per kg. On the other hand, the consumption of liquid milk will remain constant in Deoghar during bhadrapad after the flood in Bihar. Here, the production showed downfall due to the increment in the moisture. The prices may not decrease in milk powder on seeing the consumption of ganesh Chaturthi because the stock of August shipments have already been sold out in the markets.

दूध पाउडर-चालू सप्ताह में खपत अधिक रहेगी

नई दिल्ली, 14 सितम्बर (एनएनएस) गत सप्ताह प्लांटों में दूध पाउडर का उत्पादन घटने एवं निर्यात व चालानी मांग बढ़ जाने से 5 रुपए बढ़कर प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के 320/333 रुपए प्रति किलो हो गये हैं। नीचे वाले माल्टोडेक्सट्रीन एवं वेपाउडर वाले माल भी बढ़ाकर 240/250 रुपए तक बोले गए। उधर बिहार में बाढ़ एवं भाद्रपद में भी देवघर कावड़ यात्रा में लिक्विड दूध की खपत बरकरार है। इधर ऊमस बढ़ने से भी उत्पादन में गिरावट आ गई है। आगे गणेश चतुर्थी की खपत को देखते हुए दूध पाउडर में गिरावट नहीं आएगी।  निर्यातक भी माल पकड़ने लगे हैं, क्योंकि उनके माल अगस्त शिपमेंट के बिके हुए हैं।
