New Delhi, 19 August (NNS): The shrawani demand has been started increasing in North India during the current month and there is a shortage of stock, due to this, the production of both desi ghee and butter reported to be high. The prices have been ruling at the higher level in the international markets, due to this, the previous deals have been delivering constantly, due to this reason, the stock is being traded at the higher level. Here, the prices of premium quality desi ghee has been selling at Rs 9600/9700 per quintal, whereas, the sample pass stock also being traded at Rs 7600/7800 per quintal. The reality is that the adulterated stock has been selling at the lower level in the thikana reach, due to this reason, the prices remained stable at the same level during the last three months, but the prices of desi ghee may increase in the current month.

देसी घी-अभी रिस्क बिल्कुल नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 19 अगस्त (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में चालू माह में श्रावणी मांग निकल जाने तथा स्टाक की कमी के चलते देसी घी व बटर की उत्पादन लागत महंगी हो गई है। अंतर्राष्ट्रीय बाजारों में ऊंचे भाव होने से पहले के हुए सौदे जाने लगे हैं, इसी कारण से पिछले दिनों के बढ़े हुए भाव में ही व्यापार हो रहा है। यहां 9600/9700 रुपए प्रति टीन के बीच प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के देसी घी बिक रहे हैं, जबकि सैंपल पास 7600/7800 रुपए बिक रहे हैं। वास्तविकता यह है कि मिलावटी माल ठिकाना पहुंच में नामी गिरामी ब्रांडों के काफी मंदे भाव में बिक रहे हैं, जिस कारण पिछले 3 महीने से भाव टिके हुए हैं, लेकिन वर्तमान भाव का देसी घी इस महीने तेज लग रहा है।

New Delhi, 19 August (NNS): There is a heavy shortage of rupee in the markets this year, due to this, the stockists are not purchasing the stock at the current level, but the exporters are purchasing less amount of stock directly from the plants, due to this reason, the planters are quoting the prices at the higher level, whereas, the demand seems weak in the markets, due to this reason, here, the traders are upset. The prices have been ruling at the higher level in the international markets and the dollar showed uptrend, due to this, the exporters are getting profit. Presently, there should be no forecast of long uptrend and downfall on seeing the trade in the domestic markets. Now, the milk powder will sell at  Rs 315/328 per kg before October.

दूध पाउडर-व्यापार करते रहिए

नई दिल्ली, 19 अगस्त (एनएनएस) हम मानते हैं कि बाजारों में इस समय रुपए की भारी तंगी होने से स्टॉकिस्ट लिवाली कमजोर हैं, लेकिन निर्यातकों की लिवाली धीमी गति से चलने लगी है, जो सीधे प्लांटों से हो रही है। यही कारण है कि प्लांट वाले पूर्ववत ऊंचे भाव बोल रहे हैं, जबकि बाजारों में ग्राहक की कमजोरी है, जिस कारण यहां कारोबारियों में निराशा बनी हुई है। अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजारों में पड़ता काफी महंगा हो गया है तथा डॉलर तेज होने से निर्यातकों को लाभ मिल रहा है। फिलहाल घरेलू मंडियों में व्यापार को देखकर लंबी तेजी-मंदी का आंकलन नहीं लगना चाहिए। भविष्य में वर्तमान भाव 315/328 रुपए प्रति किलो का दूध पाउडर अक्टूबर से पहले निपट जाएगा।
