New Delhi, 04 September (NNS): The prices of liquid milk showed uptrend in North India during the previous days because the monsoon seems intermittent in North India, due to this, the production of liquid milk has been started increasing and the productivity reported to be high during the current situation and the availability may increase during the near future, in these circumstances, the supply of liquid milk seems easy, but the full-fledged plants will likely to run after 25 days. The production of new butter has been started increasing, due to this reason, the premium quality desi ghee also being sold at Rs 7700/8200 per quintal including GST and the market may show more downtrend during the coming days.

देसी घी- तेजी की बिल्कुल गुंजाइश नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 4 सितम्बर (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में पिछले कुछ दिनों में लिक्विड दूध की वृद्धि हो गई है, क्योंकि मानसूनी बरसात रुक-रुक कर उत्तर भारत में होने से लिक्विड दूध निरंतर उत्पादन बढ़ने लगा है, दुधारू पशुओं में व्यांत पीक स्थिति में है तथा आने वाले समय में उपलब्धि और बढ़ाने वाली है, इस स्थिति में लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति सुगम हो जाएगी, लेकिन देशी घी के फुल फ्लैश प्लांट चलने में अभी 25 दिन का समय और लगेगा, नया बटर अभी अब बनने लगा है, इस वजह से जो देसी घी प्रीमियम क्वालिटी का 7700/8200 रुपए के बीच जीएसटी पैड बिक रहा है, इसमें अब बाजार घट सकता है।

Milk powder: no possibility to increase

The full fledged plants will likely to run after some time and the plants also started running after shri Krishna janmashatami and the export prices of Maharashtra’s stock also ruling at the higher level, in these circumstances, the prices of milk powder may not show more uptrend during the near future. The Raksha bandhan festival has been over and there will no consumption festival during the near future. Therefore, it is profitable to sell the stock at the current level during the coming days.

दूध पाउडर-अब तेजी के आसार नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 4 सितम्बर (एनएनएस) लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति धीरे-धीरे बढ़ने लगी है, लेकिन इसका लाभ लिक्विड दूध पैकिंग करने वालों को ज्यादा मिल रहा है। फुल फ्लैश प्लांट चलने में अभी विलंब जरूर है, श्री कृष्ण जन्माष्टमी के बाद से प्लांट चलने लगे हैं तथा निर्यात में भी महाराष्ट्र के पड़ते लग रहे हैं, इन परिस्थितियों में दूध पाउडर के व्यापार में तेजी की गुंजाइश नहीं है। रक्षाबंधन बीत चुका है, अब आगे कोई निकट में खपत का त्यौहार नहीं है। अत: अपना माल बेचते रहना चाहिए।
