New Delhi, 12 March (NNS): The delivery of the export deals have already been over in butter and the new deals seems weak as per the previous week, due to this reason, the prices of premium quality desi ghee reduced by Rs 10/15 to Rs 515/525 per kg as the stored stock has been lying in the plants. Apart from this, the inferior quality sample pass stock also being quoted at Rs 470/490 per kg. In big tins, both the inferior and the premium quality stock remained at Rs 6800/7400 and Rs 8350/8500 per 15 kg respectively. The prices of butter also fell down by Rs 10 to Rs 405/410 per kg excluding GST. The prices may show correction in these prices, due to this, it is profitable to sell the stock at the current level during the near future.

देसी घी-अभी तेजी नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 12 मार्च (एनएनएस) बटर में पहले के निर्यात सौदे की डिलीवरी पूरी हो गई तथा नए सौदे पिछले सप्ताह की तुलना में कम हुए हैं, जिस करण प्लांटों में स्टॉक बचने से 10/15 रुपए प्रति किलो देसी घी के भाव घटकर प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के 515/525 रुपए उपभोक्ता पैक में रह गए। नीचे वाले सेंपल पास माल भी 470/490 रुपये तक बोलने लगे हैं। बड़े टिनों में नीचे वाले माल 6800/7400 रुपए एवं प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के भाव 8350/8500 रुपए प्रति 15 किलो बड़े टीनों में रह गए हैं। बटर के भाव यहां 10 रुपए घटकर 405/410 रुपए प्रति किलो जीएसटी अतिरिक्त हो गए।अब इन भावों में संभवत: और करेक्शन आ सकता है, इसलिए अपना माल एक बार बचना चाहिए।

Milk powder: will remain stable

New Delhi, 12 March (NNS): There were around 2.15 crore litres of milk powder reported to be supply in the plants of North India in which, the production was almost 1600/1625 tonnes. Here, the extra consumption of 25/26 percent has already been over during the previous months. The manufacturing companies are selling their stock after the decrement in the prices by Rs 10 to Rs 285/295 per kg in the plants of North India during the previous days. Here, the stock is being traded at Rs 220/225 per kg as per the quality in the plants of Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu, due to which, the prices may not show expected uptrend. The weather will likely to be favourable, due to which, the production will be good as per the weather conditions, on seeing this, and the market will remain sluggish for some days.

दूध पाउडर-अभी ठहराव कायम

नई दिल्ली, 12 मार्च (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत के प्लांटों में कच्चे दूध की कुल आपूर्ति सवा दो करोड़ लीटर हुई, जिसमें दूध पाउडर का उत्पादन 1600/1625 टन के करीब देश के प्लांटों में हुआ। इधर पिछले महीने की 25-26 प्रतिशत अतिरिक्त खपत बढ़ी हुई समाप्त हो गई है। पिछले दिनों पीक सीजन से निर्माता कंपनियों को 10 रुपए और घटाकर 285/295 रुपए प्रति किलो के बीच उत्तर भारत के प्लांटों को माल बेचना पड़ा है। इधर महाराष्ट्र एवं तमिलनाडु के प्लांटों से 220/225 रुपए प्रति किलो के बीच प्रोटीन के हिसाब से दूध पाउडर का व्यापार हुआ, जिससे अपेक्षित महंगाई दूध पाउडर में नहीं बन पाएगी। अब आगे मौसम अभी अनुकूल चल रहा है, जिससे उत्पादन इसके अनुरूप बना रहेगा। इसे देखते हुए कुछ दिन सुस्ती रहेगी।
